Good quality rack and pan
I really like this roaster setup. The rack is sturdy and large enough to handle anything I may want to cook in it. The build quality on both the rack and non stick pan is excellent. Both are strong and durable. Iâve also found them both easy to clean. I believe itâs a good value. 5 stars

Super Nonstick & Durable
I use this pan weekly for making large Costco-sized ~2-3 lb fishes like Salmon, Cod, or Catfish. This pan absolutely rocks, and has allowed me to cook fishes evenly and easily. I love how solid it feels and is in the oven, with no warping even when under the broiler for ~5 min at the end to finish off the top. I’ve also used it several times for making ribs, which has gone well. I always wash by hand, because it is so easy given the nonstick finish.

– roaster held a 12 pound standing rib roast easily- very nice that it came with the roasting rack- roaster cleaned up very easily and quickly- roaster is very good quality, but you expect that of Al Clad products- I would recommend this roaster- Very happy with this roaster; it will get used often- Fit just right in a small wall mount oven

Itâs a gorgeous pan but I returned it – itâs HEAVY!
Itâs a gorgeous pan, very well-made, seemed sturdy, and nice looking – and I wouldâve loved to have kept it. Except I really didnât understand how much it weighed until I tried picking it up⦠empty. Thereâs no way I couldâve put anything in it and still been able to pick it up – extremely hot from the oven – without worrying about dropping or spilling the contents. So I returned it, with much sadness.If I was younger, and I didnât have arthritic hands, I wouldâve kept it. If you are young and strong, consider buying it – but double check the weight before you do. This is not a lightweight pan. Gorgeous but heavy.

Perfection!
When my daughter moved from home, her turkey roaster went with her. It was a terrific roaster that she earned while selling that particular brand of kitchen products. I figured Iâd be hard pressed to find one as good as that one at a lower price. Enter the All-Clad, which was almost identical but cost a lot less. I was a bit nervous because its âtrial runâ was Thanksgiving, when Iâd have a lot of guests for dinner. Iâm thrilled to say that it performed to perfection! Itâs heavy and thick, and nothing stuck to it at all. Even the rack was easily cleaned with a quick wipe! Iâve never had Thanksgiving turkey clean up go easier! I highly recommend this roaster!

Heavy duty and ready for service. Rack can easily hold large turkey, ham, etc. Pan is truly non stick. The whole thing goes through dishwasher. Perfect.

All Clad isnât a new brand to me, I am loving their anodized pot and pan set hence the purchase of this bake rack, believing it would be same great quality. However, I am pretty disappointed with it as I see the coating on the rack comes off after ONE use.

The pan evaporates liquid so quickly that nothing turns out in it, even when covered. It appears to be very sturdy and the non stick is great, but if food doesn’t turn out then it’s all for nothing.
