Got this in recently and used it for dinner to stop bacon grease splatter. Over all it worked well. Stopped the grease from getting all over, although it obviously can’t stop it all. If you think ANY splatter screen can do that then you should save your money.The screen seems sturdy enough. I used it on my 12″ cast iron skillet. Withstood the heat of cast iron well. Cleaned up easily enough afterwards. I do see how grease could build up after repeated usage and require a deep cleaning. I think it should last at least a year, maybe more with regular home use.I have the 13″ screen and it does not truly fit my 12″ skillet. I wonder how they measure it.Also, beware – the graphic on the product page (and the product tag attached to the screen from the manufacturer) states “Lifetime Warranty”. This is not true. In a series of emails with the company it appears that a) they do not know the actual policies of the company as 3 emails gave me 3 different responses to the same question; and b) they only – at best – offer a 1 year warranty on the product. However 1 email intimated no warranty, 1 email intimated some kind of warranty, but no specifics, 1 email stated a 1 year warranty.Since it is a decent price and it works well, I can recommend it. If it lasts a year I would likely buy another one. If it only lasts a couple of months I will not and I will update my review to reflect that.

This splatter screen is a quality build it’s not flimsy at all and should last a long time. It does its job and makes cleanup very easy. This particular splatter screen is a little more expensive than the ones I purchased in the past but I feel that it is worth it. It will last a long time.

Wasn’t happy about that but it’s still functional. Was unable to register warranty following instructions on card insert. The website redirects to their Amazon store.
