    Very impressed
I’ve been using an old panini press/grill to make b’fast for many years. It does the job but…. it was definitely time for an upgrade. This grill has great reviews including videos explaining every little feature. The price was definitely right so I pulled the trigger. As others have said, this thing heats up FAST! And it cooks FAST! My old rig took forever to get hot and took a long time to actually cook something. This thing is so fast that it’s difficult to get everything else together before it’s done.Comments: Yes, the surface is non-stick and VERY easy to clean with just a sponge and soapy water. But for eggs you do want to spray the surface with Pam or something.Handle come off easily and the grill stores away nicely even though I use it almost every day so I should probably just leave it out.I’m still fooling around with the temp settings. The manual says 300 degrees for eggs and that’s WAAAAY too high. 225 seems to be a much better temp and I may turn it down a bit more. Bacon cooks VERY quickly even at that low setting. Haven’t used it to make pancakes yet but pancakes are the main reason for this purchase. Need an electric grill? This is the one you want!

This griddle is a great size!
I originally bought it because of it’s size, but the surface is truly non stick. Sometimes you have to chase a fried egg a bit to get it off the surface. Not a big issue. It beats sticking. It makes a beautiful omelette. It is super easy to wash. The handles come right off. Good doesn’t stick to to it, so very little effort is needed. If you take the handles off, it is very thin, so storage is easy. The cooking surface is the largest I saw for indoor griddles. It makes several pancakes at a time or several eggs. I love my griddle! I use it on my countertop all the time with no problems.

Worth very penny even if all you use it for is pancakes!
This makes beautiful pancakes (without any oil!), and I no longer have to eat my cakes standing over the stove, finishing the batch. It heats evenly, nothing has ever stuck, and it comes completely apart making it so easy to clean and to store. I’m sure it’s fantastic for all kinds of griddling, but we’ve only used it for pancakes so far. Highly recommended!

    Works great.
I bought this unit to replace a similar griddle that we have had for the last 10 years. The old griddle was hard to clean so when I saw the removable handles on this one it looked like cleaning would be a breeze. And so far it is.The other thing that I like about this griddle is that the drip tray is large and seems to have plenty of room for bacon grease. My old griddle’s drip tray would fill up so much it would sometimes spill when opening it to get rid of the grease. So far no issues like that with this one.The one thing i was not expecting was the surface of this grill to not be smooth. My old grill’s surface was smooth but this grill’s surface is made up of very small bumps. The information from the grill said that this helps with the non-stick properties and I have found this to be true. But I have also found that if I look really close at the pancakes etc. made on this grill I can see the pattern from the bumps. Although to be fair it is hardly noticeable and I probably wouldn’t notice it if I wasn’t looking specifically for it.The second thing that I have found is that the grease does not drain as well with this griddle as my old one. On the old one the grease would drain off the surface into the drip tray leaving the bacon to cook mainly on the grill surface. With this one the grease did not drain well and mostly stayed on the surface where the bacon would cook in that as well as the grill surface resulting in the edges of the bacon becoming almost black while the rest of it just browned or the curled parts not cooked. This can be remedied by raising the back feet of the grill probably by putting something under them. But the point is with my old grill I never had to do that and I am using the same counter to cook on so I know it didn’t change. My old griddle had a slot that ran all the way around the sides and front that the fat would drain into. This griddle has a raised rim around it instead of a slot for the grease to fall into. The slot on my old griddle was hard to clean so I like this griddle better. Although that being said, it was easier to scrape the grease off the griddle surface with my old griddle when I wanted to get rid of the bacon grease to start making pancakes, etc. With this griddle because of the raised edges it is a little bit harder to get the grease scraped off. But even with that I like this griddle better. The thing I most like about this griddle is that the legs come off for cleaning. This results in cleaning it just about like a cookie sheet where you wash it and put it in the dishrack where it stays and sticks out like a cookie sheet.Overall, I am very pleased with this griddle and since it is so much easier to clean, I use it a lot more, like for cheese sandwiches, etc. Whereas with my old griddle since it was so hard to clean I wouldn’t use it unless we were making a large breakfast, etc.

Nice griddle, works very well, easy to clean
Bought this to replace a cheap store-bought one. Unfortunately my wife threw out the cord that came with it, but I was able to use the cord to my old Griddle (same brand, just a smaller version). Legs get taken off a few times a week for cleaning, always goes right back together. Have used wood, plastic, metal and silicone utensils on it, zero scratches. goes through dishwasher cycles a few times a week with no wear and tear.

Host Big Breakfasts? You Need This
Once a month I host a big breakfast up at church. I use this for bacon, sausage paddies, and pancakes: lots of them. This electric griddle works like a charm: easy to set up, the cooking is precise, and it’s all easy to clean up afterwards.

This runs on 120 volts which is not suitable for UK or Europe. The supplier is probably aware of that now and will manage better. They were responsive and refunded my money and said to keep or donate the griddle. Good supplier.

This griddle is large. It preheats in 10 minutes. Pancake batter is poured directly – no oil – onto the stick free textured surface. Surface area for 8 large pancakes. Flip slowly, as pancake can slide right off the surface with quick move. Removable handles/legs mean they shouldn’t get broken; and, griddle stores flat in kitchen drawer/cupboard.
