My honest review
I recently purchased the Aroma Housewares 6-cup Rice Cooker, hoping to simplify the rice cooking process in my kitchen. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance. The one-touch operation makes it incredibly easy to use, and the compact size is perfect for my small kitchen. It cooks rice evenly and consistently, producing fluffy and delicious results every time. The 6-cup capacity is adequate for my needs, and I appreciate the included measuring cup and serving spatula. However, I did notice that the cooking time is a bit longer compared to some other rice cookers I’ve used in the past. Additionally, while the cooker is advertised as a 6-cup cooker, it’s important to note that this refers to cooked rice, not raw rice. So if you’re cooking for a larger family or need more servings, you may want to consider a larger model. Overall, though, the Aroma Housewares Rice Cooker offers great value for its price and is a convenient addition to any kitchen.

EASY to use
Here is the easiest way to make rice:Use the provided scoop to add the rice and then to add water to the rice cooker. Press the lever to start cooking. In about 20 minutes,the rice has finished cooking. I suggest fluffing the rice with a fork immediately so the rice on the bottom doesn’t get overcooked and hard. After cooking, the cooker switches to the warming setting. I suggest you remove the rice from the cooker as soon as you can because the warm setting does not do a good job of keeping the rice warm without affecting tye texture of the rice negatively, unlike a high end rice cooker that can keep the rice fluffy for a very long time.I rated this inexpensive rice cooker five stars because it makes good rice and even a child could use it with no problems.

Small and easy to use. Such a space saver. Itâs just perfect for making rice for 1-3 persons. The veggie stream basket is great also for easy and quick meals. Fast clean up as well. I recommend it highly.

Nice little rice cooker
Pros: Very easy to use, easy to clean, takes up very little space on my counter. Rice is perfect every time.Cons: Small capacity, so it’s not adequate for more than 4 diners. Has no “ON/OFF” switch, so if it’s plugged in it defaults to “WARM”, meaning that plugged in it’s always “ON”.All in all, an easy to use rice cooker that can also be used to steam small items.

Great product for the price point!
I hate having to make rice when I get home and working on dinner. This was recommended to me by a friend and it’s amazing. It cooks rice so quickly, and perfectly. It’s so easy to clean. The first couple of times you use it, it does have a burning plastic smell, but I read the seller say it’s normal. The smell has since gone away. Love this little rice cooker.

I bought this rice cooker after becoming fed up with inconsistent results from a more expensive rice/grain cooker that I own. I have to say, for the price, I am really impressed. I rinsed 2 cups (the cup that comes with the rice cooker) of Jasmine rice and added it to the pot. Filled the pot to line 2 with water, placed the lid on top and set the rice cooker to âcookâ. My rice was done in 20 minutes. Came out the way I like it; not too soft and not too hard. Really great option if you just want a no frills rice cooker.

A good cheap rice cooker
This rice cooker is a good choice if you only need something to cook rice. The lid and inner pot are great. The only concern is The three feet on the bottom of the cooker are a bit flimsy. As long as you are careful not to bang them against something they should be fine. My only thought is that if you want a really rugged cooker I would suggest paying a few more dollars for one of the better Aroma rice cookers. I had one of the better Aroma rice cookers for a long time and it worked great.

The rice is cooked to perfection. The cooker is easy to use, with a single switch to start the process of cooking the rice and then goes into the ‘warm’ mode to keep the rice at a perfect temperature.The cooker is easy to clean and store. Just the right size at 2 to 6 cups.A great product that deserves the ‘Amazon Choice’ rating.

Para mi pequeña familia es el tamaño perfecto. Solo he preparado una taza de arroz, no la que viene incluida, y el resultado es excelente, me libera de andar pendiente y puedo trabajar sin interrupciones. Cocina el arroz a la perfección y lo mantiene caliente durante el tiempo necesario. La cubierta impide que se pegue y se puede limpiar fácilmente. Como con todos estos artefactos, recomiendo lavar la olla con la parte de la esponja no con la fibra.

La uso diario porque mi perrito tiene dieta especial y diario hay que cocinarle un poco de arroz, asà que esta es ideal, cumple su función, el arroz queda muy bien. También sirve para familias pequeñas, la cantidad que puedes preparar es ideal para 2-3 personas.
