Great for food prep
I recently purchased the Bentgo® 20-Piece Lightweight, Durable, Reusable BPA-Free 1-Compartment Containers, and I’ve been really impressed with them.First off, the lightweight design is fantastic for me because I often carry my meals to work or on hikes, and these containers don’t add any unnecessary weight to my bag. Despite being lightweight, they feel durable, which is important to me because I want containers that can handle being tossed around a bit without breaking.I love that they’re reusable and BPA-free. Not only does this mean I’m reducing my environmental impact by not using single-use plastic containers, but I also feel confident that my food is safe from harmful chemicals.The 1-compartment design is perfect for most of my meals. It’s spacious enough to hold a decent-sized portion of food, whether it’s a salad, pasta dish, or stir-fry. Plus, it’s easy to clean since there aren’t any small crevices where food can get stuck.The only downside for me is that they’re not microwave-safe, which can be a bit inconvenient when I need to reheat my meals at work. However, I usually transfer my food to a microwave-safe plate before reheating, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me.Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase of the Bentgo® containers. Great value, great containers
I was looking for containers for my lunch box and was put off by the price and styles of the usual containers. I took a chance on these Bentgo boxes and I love them. I don’t carry soup, but I can say they have not leaked with what I have carried (spaghetti, etc). They are space saving in the fridge (square corners and no handles), freezer safe, microwaveable, and I wash them in the dishwasher. These are a bargain compared to the big brand names. I even love the color, mint green.

Theyâre Good for What They Are
I like the size and ability to stack these food prep containers. The plastic is lightweight but by no means flimsyâit isnât that heavy duty, though, and I wouldnât trust these at higher temps. I donât put them in the microwave with a lid on, and so far they have survived the dishwasher (there is a little warping, which is sad, but nothing major). I would not trust these for liquid food items if you need to transport, as the seal is sufficient but not tight.

Awesome Containers!
This was the first time I purchased a Bento product. These beat Rubbermaid hands down. The are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Have had no problem with the lids warping as I wash them on the top rack. Have had no trouble with food staining them. They are microwave safe. Great for warning leftovers. Easily stack together with the lids. Great quality. Just purchased more in different style. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

I have used these for several months I have put these things through the ringer. They get daily use. They are of excellent size, and great for putting away left overs or meal prepping. I frequently place then in the dishwasher without issue. Very happy with the durability and longevity. Would buy again.

These are my favorite meal storage!
I’ve bought these so many times. The Lavender color is an exact match to the listing. They stack very well in the fridge and hold a ton of food. I’ve also really loved portioning my salad’s out in these recently for meal prep. They are incredibly easy to clean. I just pop mine into the dishwasher on the top shelf and they hold up pretty well! They don’t tend to lose their shape or warp either that I’ve seen. These are seriously a go to for me and will always purchase these above other alternatives.

Slightly misleading description, poor sealing, proceed with caution with using in a lunchbox.
So, I bought these intending to use for leftovers and premade lunches to take to the office. Their size and the lack of a split compartment made them seem like an ideal choice for my needs (feels like aside from like, nuts or berries or something, there’s zero practical purpose for the split compartments – but anyway), but I was pretty disappointed when I actually received mine.To the credit of the product… The packaging DOES note that these containers are not leak proof (though the Amazon listing does not mention that anywhere – I guess the rule of thumb is to not assume or expect anything)That being said, these lids are SUPER finicky and will pop open at the slightest touch. Do not expect to take this with you in your lunch box without a mess to clean up later.My other issue has to do with the packaging – it says that these are good for “use up to 10 times”… Seems like a pretty major detail to leave out of the description, and it rubs me the wrong way. Sure, they are cheap containers, but having a benchmark like that just seems off. If I’m not nuking mine in the microwave or throwing them around, they should last a lot more than 10 uses just by virtue of them being made out of hard, shaped plastic. Time will tell how well this holds up, but if/when I need to replace these I’ll probably just look elsewhere for a more quality plastic with lids that actually function better. Not worth the trouble unless you really need them ASAP, and can’t afford to put the money toward something sturdier.
