How to make Mapo Tofu?

Great for paella
I needed a long handle spoon for making paella since there is a lot of oil, spatter and boiling water for several hours when you make it. This worked great. Itâs well constructed, metal and wood, although I do wish it was a little bit longer for large paellas. I am currently using it for a 12 to 14 inch paella, and for that size or larger I would probably prefer a slightly longer handle.

The quality is very nice. I ordered the 3 piece set with natural wood handles. I received the set with the dark wood finish. I did not feel it was worth the effort to return the pieces for the ordered color. I would highly recommend these culinary tools and would would not hesitate to order them again. Very well made.

You can the difference between these and others by the feel when using.
I have used another set before that was pretty inexpensive but when I switched to gas and started using my wok more I stepped up my game. I bought this set and the first thing I noticed was how smooth the action was in the wok. The cheaper set’s edges were not rounded just cut which causes friction during use. You can feel it catch the wok. This set the edges are rounded and probably buffed to give it the free flowing action that you can feel as you are working the wok. High quality and completely satisfied. Now I can make fried rice the correct way effortlessly.
