Really like these spoons. Use them in my lunch bag because I hate the sound of metal on metal in my thermos. I hand wash them and the finish has held up well. Highly recommend.

Simple and nice wooden spoons.
This is exactly what I wanted. A simple wooden spoon that is sturdy and larger than the tiny half teaspoon varieties. I do worry about color varieties that may use toxic dyes, which is why i wanted a non-dyed spoon.

Sturdy! Other wooden spoons I have purchased broke easily, but not these! They have held up so well. I purchased them over a year ago and am planning to get another set.They are fairly big and have a long handle, I often use them as serving spoons instead of soup. They would be too large for a child to eat with.The smooth, lacquered finish is lovely, easy to clean. I put them through the dishwasher and although they have chipped a bit, the spoon and it’s lacquer has held up decently to regular use over the past year. They would probably do better if I didn’t put them through the washer and rubbed olive oil into them from time to time.

Thickness is great. Not cheap and thin. Very lightweight. The smell of the varnish was a bit strong when i went to put the spoon or fork in my mouth (bought both). So i ran it through my dishwasher because washing it in the sink did not work. (Did that before i ate with it of course). Was fine after the dishwasher. Even tho it says not to, i needed to. Not broken or cracked, still same condition.
