Has changed the way I cook
I bought this months ago and just realized I have been using it almost daily. The range of things you can do is truly incredible – especially when hosting for a large group. Always has even heating. Super easy to clean. I wish it fit better on top of my oven grills since it teeters but I can overlook it.

I was a short order cook years ago so when I saw the plate I purchased it and added to our oven. It perfect for small and medium grilling. It fit perfectly over two gas burners. Steaks, eggs, fish, pancakes, anything you want to grill. Takes a little time to get used to heating the plate up. You can use one end for grilling and the other end for keeping food warm. Iâve turned my oven into a short order stove for my wife and I. The photo shows two plates but your looking at a flat plate on one side and a ridge on the other side
