Unique and Useful!
This unusual shaped spoon/scoop is well suited to many tasks. It can be used like any spoon to stir a pot of spaghetti sauce, or soup, or pasta–except that it is sturdier and moves things around more quickly. It also has the advantage of standing up to thicker sauces, chilis, stews, beans etc. It moves boiled potatoes well too! As a scoop it picks up a small serving from a pan, and drops it neatly into a bowl or serving dish. One unique use for it is that it is perfectly shaped for scooping the seeds out of a spaghetti squash, butternut squash or acorn squash very quickly. This alone means I will serve these more often than I have in the past. I no longer dread the scooping task.

Important kitchen tool
I use this spoon almost daily. It was purchased to use with my Staub enamel cast iron but Iâve found so many helpful uses for it. Itâs my latest newfound kitchen essential. The benefits of a spatula in a spoon – genius! *Just a tip – I rub some cooking oil into the wood handle periodically otherwise itâs prone to drying out.

Very sturdy
I did not think this would hold up when it came to anything with a lot of liquid in it but it works, its also very sturdy I used this a lot to stir all sorts of soups as well as rice and vegetables , it a very useful product to have in the kitchen.

Good tool to have in the kitchen
I searched for a big serving spoon type to use when stirring soups or puddings in a sauce pan. It is great for stirring with heat resistant handle and non scratch material. However when I need to spoon it into a different container, the spoon does not hold the substance easily. It would be good if the spoon part was rounder and a little deeper because it does not pick up liquids and gravies easily. Hence I have to use another spoon to transfer the pot contents to another container. This is not a deal breaker as it allows me to stir the pot without fear of breaking the spoon or causing damage due to heat.

Spatula spoon combo is awesome. Pretty good tension/flex. Nice size. Mixed on the wooden handle. Hopefully it holds up over time.

Great kitchen tools!!
I got these thinking they would be just something handy every now and then. I use them for almost everything now, I love the fact I can cook with them and then move to the table for serving! I got another set and my hubby loved them so much and uses them so much, we got a third set in the house. I don’t run them thru the dishwasher and I do treat the handles with mineral oil occasionally, but they are easy to hand wash and dry. Just great little tools for everything in the kitchen!! 🙂

VERY NICE – Scrapes Pan Clean
This works GREAT for just storing… but also for scooping food out of the pan. When used to scrape the pan clean it leaves almost no food behind.LOVE it will probably but another… and additional ones similar to this (same brand).

This cooking spoon look like it’s gonna work amazingly well for everything I want to use it for in the kitchen . BUT I haven’t used it yet because it says it’s dishwasher safe . So when I received it I put it in the dishwasher to wash it before first use . And ever since then it smell like glue or some kind of chemical… I’m gonna wash it again right now and hopefully that weird smell will go away because I really want to be able to use it..UPDATE , you can buy with confidence. Seller was very nice and made everything right .

I don’t have any non-stick cookware, but it works just fine when stirring and scooping in my large stainless steel skillet. It was really easy to clean (didn’t put it in the dishwasher – because of the wooden handle), and doesn’t take up too much space in the utensil drawer.Makes a good casserole serving spoon, too. 🙂
