Made well, works well, and is nice to use
We are trying to reduce the amount of plastics in our life, and that includes plastic kitchen utensils. We saw a chef on TV use a wooden spatula like this one, and I was inspired to surprise my partner with a set of their own! These spatulas are nicely finished, the handle has a nice and subtle curve to it that makes them comfortable to use, and they don’t stick to food as much as I would have thought. They even resist some of the more staining foods (like turmeric and tomato sauce). The only thing that I have experienced that I needed to be mindful of with these spatulas is to ensure that I clean them promptly after use and not to leave them in the sink, or else they warp a bit (so far they have straightened themselves out after drying, thankfully!). I would absolutely recommend these if you’re looking for a nice and affordable wooden spatula that is on par with some of the more expensive ones out there.

The best kitchen and cooking tool
This is the second time I have ordered this spatula. I have two and gave two for gifts. Perfect for your non scratch skillets and to use as a serving utensil. We also love the look of the wood. Both have held up nicely and clean easily. Highly recommend.

Best kitchen purchase in a bit
Sturdy, perfect for scraping fond off the bottom of my enameled, cast iron, and stainless cookware. They are not very ergonomic, but I am overall very satisfied with these.

Great cooking tool for a reasonable price!
This tool works so great with cast iron skillets and other cookware. Wash and dry by hand is recommended. Multi purpose and will be used a lot in our house.

very narrow
This is more narrow than you may think, about 1.75″ wide at the widest. The wood is firm and very sturdy, no bend so I know it won’t just snap during use. cleaning is easy. very lightweight. because of the narrow face I will be reserving this for 8″ pans or smaller

Excellent quality
Beautiful dark wood, teak, rather than the standard light colored wooden utensils. Iâm taking care of it by washing by hand. Not absolutely necessary, I understand, but I want to take care of that gorgeous teak color.

As long as you keep these oiled they seem like they will last a long time. I like using wood when cooking to a wood plastics and metal that can scratch pans.

Bought these as current beech utensils are beginning to crack, discolour and deteriorate. These spatulas are beautiful things, with wood grain highlighted and great âfeelâ when handling. Not the cheapest but so glad we bought these.
