Very easy to use
It is an older style…so don’t expect easy texting or adding contacts. You have to press each key up to 3 times to select letters. I use this as a house emergency phone. The SOS function is good, it lets you program in contacts or phone numbers to call when pressed. It also sends a preprogrammed text. It will call those numbers repeatedly until someone picks up.Works well for my 7yr old to figure out. Only drawback is you cant set up the SOS to dial 911, only non-emergency numbers.Decent as an MP3 player, even has radio. Stand is nice, wish it was a wall mount.

Not senior friendly
Honestly, itâs not senior friendly. The screen is too small for senior eyes, the sound is extremely low. The menu button doesnât work (and Iâm not sure whether thatâs because you need to PURCHASE a micro sd card for extra memory to unlock the settings).For seniors who are not tech savvy and/or donât speak English, the idea of having to âunlockâ the phone by pressing left and then * is way too complicated.Just disappointed, had to return.
