The lids are super tight locking into place easily. The plastic is thick, easy to clean, stack and store.

Great for Meal Prep
I bought these specifically for meal prep but they have so many uses.Pros: There are so many that I never run out making weekly meal prep for three people (15 meals). I love the two different sizes, the bigger size for the main portion of the meal and the smaller size for the side. I love the fact that they donât stain. I have used these containers for tomato based meals and soups and these containers do not turn colors. Also, being microwavable is clutch. It makes the meals so easy to reheat during the week. Lastly they stack and store great, they donât take up much room at all.Cons: I have noticed that if you take the lid off to forcefully the rim of the container will crack, so be gentle. The only other complaint that I have with these containers is that it does absorb the smell of raw onions. If I make something heavy in onions (pico de gallo) the container will smell like that for a while (couple weeks), it does eventually go away.

Love buying these – this is 3 rd time buying them – Love to use to freeze with them
I use these for freezing homemade dog food, gravies, sauces, etc. I also buy bulk items break them down into portion sizes and freeze them in these containers. My usage is short-term – under 6 months. I fill at room temp – packing down on the counter if packing down is needed – filling to 1/4″ headspace – adding wax paper to the top – This prevents ice crystals from forming directly on liquid/food products. Why do I buy so much – yes they are dishwasher safe and reusable – however, I tend to drop in a frozen state, and well – the plastic shatters/cracks – I always salvage my liquid/food product – can not do that with glass due to shards! Also easy to send home with leftovers after get togethers.

Break easily
They are a great size but once the lid goes on itâs so hard to get off. Sometimes when getting the lid off it will break the edges of the bowl. If they didnât do that it would be a perfect product.

Great, but use wisely
I am really happy with these. However I am going to chop this part up to my error as one of the seals on the container chipped away. I think this is my bad because it was very cold coming out of the fridge and made the plastic brittle.They probably work BEST as a dry container or an open container in the fridge.They are leak proof when the seal is not broken as after I chipped it, that one no longer worked.Love that the lids are not to the same container and the containers fit inside each other.I see a lot of home cooks using this stuff for easy storage at home!They get the job done, just because careful and maybe let them warm up a bit before “cracking” it open, pun intended.
