BLACK+DECKER dustbuster PIVOT VAC Cordless Handheld Vacuum – Second Purchase
I normally was replacing Hand-Vacs every year or two because the batteries would fail to charge. I bought my first Black & Decker pivot Vac in 2015. I have two kids, four cats, a dog and a house in the country. Needless to say, it gets used daily… a lot. The first one just failed. The battery would only hold a charge for a few minutes. It lasted eight years! I had no problem immediately buying a second one. Strong vacuum, good design, but I was most impressed with the battery on these. It’s a loud vacuum and can get leaves and large objects caught in the nozzle. But it is easily cleaned. I seldom comment on items purchased. But this is an excellent Hand-Vac and worthy of a note.

This is the best! I have purchased 3 over the years and gave one as a present! I use them in a rental, and 2 other homes. It is so good. Battery life is great. Suction is great. Easy to clean. It’s a bit loud, but I LOVE this vacuum! I just bought the new plastic filters to replace the old cloth ones and those are good too!

Extremely handy little vac. Very powerful and versatile. The head swivels to reach around corners. It has a washable filter and totally breaks down so it’s easy to clean, and is also easy to put back together. Bought a second one for my son. Great for use in vehicles as well.

Love this vacuum
2nd one I’ve purchased. I looked into so many other handheld vacuums but decided on this one again. The suction is phenomenal! It has the piece for pet hair and an extender. I love the different angles and it’s super easy to empty and clean. The last one lasted me over 6 years. I wish the battery ran longer but for the price it’s great. I have little kids and cleaning in crevasses rakes longer. It charges fairly fast and it gets most jobs done well within the battery life. I will buy another when it dies.

Simply The Best
Powerful and sturdy yet takes up tiny bit of storage space. Rotating angles of nozzle make it great for reaching different spaces (-Ceiling fan blades). It will last and maintain strong suction power and good run time (~30 minutes per charge) UNLESS you store it plugged in on the base as per manufacturer instructions. That kills the battery, which cannot be replaced. I have purchased 5 of these – for different areas of my house and as gifts (everyone loves mine & wants one!) Be careful with battery. Unplug as soon as it is fully recharged and it will continue to work like new. Love how easy to empty and clean it – can even be washed, but a popsicle stick and dry toothbrush maintain it well.. This latest version the dirt and debris pile up between the intake flap and the side of the vacuum cup. We use a popsicle stick every time we empty after use to dislodge the clump of debris. Design flaw. Minor issue well worth the trouble. Works well on wood floors as well as rugs and great on furniture.

10 years and it still sucks (in a good way)
I was using this vacuum again the other day for the numerous quick clean up tasks I put it through and I thought to myself, “I sure have had this a long time”. Well I just checked my Amazon order history and I bought this 8/14/2014. That is almost 10 years ago. Everything about is perfect. It’s compact, the multiple angles means it’s very easy on the wrist to vacuum odd angles and it can also be stored more compactly. The built in brush and extension nozzle are brilliant because, let’s face it, loose accessories just get lost. I probably don’t empty it as often as I should and I haven’t changed the filter (even though I probably should) and I leave it on the charger 24/7 and it still works perfectly when I need it. I haven’t tried running it to see how long it takes to drain the battery but I only ever need it for spot vacuuming in the bathroom or laundry room when I don’t want to go across the house to get the Dyson.

Second Pivot vacuum
Its a great compact size with a powerful suction and lasts just long enough to do bits of the house or a full car. I bought another one of these about 4/5 years ago from Costco, but it might be a slightly different model number. That ones battery is finally dead, and so I ordered another one here because it worked really well the first time and is super easy to clean. I’d love if they sold just the battery from black +decker so I could use both!

USA Plug and USA Electricity (110v volts) sold to me on “Amazon.nl” in Holland WITHOUT ANY MENTION ON THE” AMAON.NL” WEB PAGE THAT THE PLUG WOULD NOT FIT INTO THE WALL SOCKET IN HOLLAND AND THAT THE VACUUM CLEANER WOULD BE DESTROYED IF I PLUGGED IT INTO THE WALL SOCKET IN HOLLAND!

Das Produkt wurde leider mit amerikanischem Netzstecker geliefert und ist für mich so unbrauchbar. Sehr ärgerlich! In der Produktbeschreibung ist das nicht offensichtlich. Es gibt lediglich den allgemeinen Hinweis “US internationale Produkte möglicherweise von den deutschen Versionen abweichen.” und “Verkauf und Versand durch Amazon US”. Ich hatte mir nicht träumen lassen, dass dann ein Gerät mit amerikanischem Stecker ankommt. In Zukunft werde ich also auch auf dieses kleine Detail achten müssen. Dieser Ãrger wäre nun wirklich vermeidbar.
