I’m impressed but…
I used this on a 7.10×10.5 rug off white and blue rug. The clean water tank is a bit small. I had to fill it 5 times, although I almost made it with 4. Each time I needed to clean the dirty water tank too because it was gross. Thankfully it is super easy to do, just a pain so frequently. On the upside, the tap water was still hot each time so I didn’t have to wait for that. I’m no design expert but I feel they could’ve made the dirty water tank a little smaller and the clean water tank a little bigger, but for this price I can’t complain. I followed the instructions, wet forward and back, then dry forward and back. It cleaned really well, only 2 places did I do wet a second time, and they were bad. After I was done I did go back over with the dry vacuum setting 6 times. I wanted to see how long it would take for the dirty water to stop. 5th time dry was hardly any dirty water, by 6th not any. However, the water that did keep coming out was still dirty, just not as bad as it was at first. I assume it is due to the ground in dirt around the bottom pad of the rug. Yet, turning the rug over after that seems pretty clean too. There was minimal moisture under the rug on the floor. That could be due to the rug backing and/or taking the time to suck up the excess water. It was a concern of mine so I thought I’d share. The rug did curl a little but I think that is normal since it is wet and really thin. If it doesn’t flatten back out on its own I’ll update this and let you know. I think it will be fine. It picked up a bunch of dog hair from deep in the carpet that made me realize I now need a new vacuum too. Clean up was easy, and is very important to keep this little machine working. One review mentioned a groove that was hard to clean. I can see how that might be an issue for an OCD person but for me it just makes it look used if you can get that clean. I don’t see how it would ever impact the ability to clean. It is more a cosmetic flaw. The machine is so light I held it up over my trash can with one hand while I wiped out the dog hair from the bottom and roller. I was surprised how easy it was to wipe it clean. It comes apart and goes back together so easily. I’m not handy and I was never scared of doing it. Instructions are great too. For the price you can’t beat this. However, I wouldn’t use it for a larger area. Not that it couldn’t clean it but that it would take forever refilling and emptying the water tanks. From start to clean up was about 2 hours. Next time it won’t be as long since I know how to do it all now. I have two little dogs and hard floor everywhere else so they run to this rug from outside with their dirty paws. I have to say after using this I feel like a gross human being. I pride myself on a clean house, this will now be a stample to ensure that. Money very well spent.

I got the Bissell turbo clean pet xl. The machine works great! Very easy to use, light weight so I can push it around no problem. The clean tank comes pre-marked on where to fill with water then solution to make things VERY simple. All the parts come off very easy so when your done it’s super easy to clean and store. The accessories came in a reusable bag for storage. They are very easy to use as well.The only downside is the waste tank! It looks very large but if you see the max level on the side (pic) it only holds about 1/4 it’s size. So I’m stopping to empty it every 2 minutes! It also needs to be rinsed out every time to ensure the valve closes. I have 2 dogs so with it picking up so much hair (which is AMAZING) the valve got stuck and the machine didn’t work right. Took me a minute to figure out that the waste tank just had to be rinsed better.Overall it’s fantastic! Now I think I need a better vaccum! Lol!!

Excellent carpet cleaner
Bought to clean carpet in my Florida condo. Took a chance since the price was so cheap but high ratings. Cannot believe how good this little thing cleans! It is super lightweight but the suction is phenomenal. Left my dirty carpets clean and bright for very little money. Only negative is the cleaning solution and dirty water tanks are smaller and you have to fill and empty more often. Great for condos or smaller houses. Highly recommended, great value!!

I bought this to clean the carpeted floors of both bedrooms in my apartment, which are each roughly 10 x 10-12 feet. This carpet cleaner works great, it got stains out no problem (including old cat vomit stains that I couldn’t scrub out by hand). It removed so many layers of dirt and grime from previous tenants that I didn’t even know was caked in there. If you’re cleaning an entire room or large carpeted area, the sample cleaner that comes with the machine probably won’t be enough, so I recommend buying a big bottle with it.What I found was that it leaves behind clumps of hair/dirt/etc as you use it, and I recommend picking those up by hand (or vacuuming them up with a regular vacuum once the carpet is dry), as they can get stuck inside where the scrub bristles are.For each room I had to empty the dirty water tank 1-2 times depending on how much water you use, and you’ll need to fill up the clean water tank 3-4 times. I didn’t find it to be tedious or annoying, especially given how powerful the cleaner is. Dump the dirty water out into your toilet so you don’t clog your drains.The noise it makes is no louder than a regular vacuum. You can tell when the water tank needs to be refilled because it will get louder. Everything attaches and detaches really easily. It’s easy to manoeuvre and handles very similarly to a regular vacuum. Follow the cleaning instructions that come with the cleaner. As someone who hasn’t used one of these machines before, I found it to be very easy.One downside is that it’s hard to clean the plastic guard inside where the bristles are, and there are some crevices where dirt and grime can build up. Use a scrub brush to get most of it out. I also wish the power button wasn’t so low down on the machine, you’ll need to bend down to turn it on/off (and you’ll alsoneed to bend down to empty and refill the tanks). If you have issues with back pain or mobility, that might be a bigger deal for you. I found the machine to be about as heavy as a regular vacuum of that size, and it’s obvious heavier when the tanks are full.Drying the carpets completely took about 12 hours. I recommend after you’ve finished cleaning to dry-run the cleaner over the carpets again to soak up excess water, that helps with drying times. I found the carpet to be damp after I was done, not wet or sopping (you’re using too much water if that’s the case and you should suck it up with the cleaner).Overall I highly recommend this cleaner, especially for the price. It’s easy to store and use, you’ll just need to devote some time afterwards to getting the front end of it clean.

For my surprise the voltage and plug is different from the European one.120 volts! This is dangerous and high risk of fire and electrocution as it deals with water too!
