Superb Samsung Galaxy S20 used phone
I recently got a new Samsung Galaxy S20 phone, and I’m really happy with it. I’ve been using it for a week now, and I’ve had no problems. The phone is fast, the camera is great, and the battery life is excellent.I’m especially impressed with the phone’s design. It’s sleek and stylish, and it feels really good in my hand. The phone is also very durable. The camera on the phone is amazing. It takes clear, sharp photos, even in low light. I’ve also been impressed with the video quality. The phone can record 4K video, and it looks great. The battery life on the phone is also excellent. I can easily get a full day of use out of it, even with heavy use. I’ve also been impressed with the phone’s fast charging capabilities. The phone can go from 0% to 100% in just over an hour.Overall, I’m really happy with my new Samsung Galaxy S20 phone. It’s a great phone, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Here are some of the things I like best about the phone:The design is sleek and stylish, The phone is very durable, The camera is amazing, The battery life is excellent, and The phone charges quickly.

So far great!
I bought this from SoonerSoft Electronics. So far it’s perfect! It’s in perfect condition, I cant identify any scratches, no loose edges, is functioning properly and is unlocked. If anything comes up I will update but so far perfect.

Wrong model sent. Received SM-981V (Verizon 5G) instead of regular SM-981U (Unlocked 5G) version.
*** Do NOT purchase this Samsung S20 5G phone UNLESS you want it specifically for Verizon 5G service!!! ***I purchased this phone on 4/19/23 and received it on 4/22/23. The phone arrived with a couple scratches on the screen (i.e. certainly NOT in “re-newed condition”) and MORE IMPORTANTLY…I erroneously received Samsung S20 5G Model Number: SM-G981V instead of what should have been Samsung S20 5G Model Number: SM-G981UWhat’s the big differences between these 2 models you ask? Well, the first model SM-981V (which I received) is a modified version of the regular S20 5G version (model SM-981U). This modified SM-981V model was made specifically FOR VERIZON 5G SERVICE, however, with that comes 2 major hardware drawbacks…This VERIZON MODEL (SM-981V) only has 8GB of RAM and does NOT have an EXPANDABLE STORAGE MicroSD slot built into the sim tray!Whereas the regular SM-981U model (which I thought I was purchasing) comes with 12GB of RAM plus the expandable storage slot in the sim tray!If you read through other purchasers’ reviews below which are older than mine, you will see that this model confusion has been a problem for other buyers as well – i.e. the buyers get sent the WRONG MODEL of this phone just like I did. Some of these buyers have said they believe this is a case of “bait and switch”, however I do not know if that’s true. It’s possible that this is just a simple listing problem in how this model is being advertised (SM-981V instead of SM-981U).Needless to say, I’m returning the phone for a refund, but just wanted to document the issues in order to help potential future buyers of this phone avoid the similar confusion and return process. Please see all attached photos of everything that I received in the box and look at the photos where I highlighted the issues with the wrong model number, the reduced RAM, and the lack of an expandable storage slot built into the sim tray.

Good phone, terrible charger
So I bought this phone renewed and overall I would say that it’s basically spotless except for having a few small scratches on the back, which is completely covered by the phone case that I also bought. The screen is in perfect condition and the phone works great. It doesn’t lag at all that I’ve noticed. When I first took it out of the box and put it on the charger it was at 70% battery which was very nice. It’s also lighter than I expected it to be, my old galaxy s7 feels heavier than this phone, which was a nice surprise. The only downside is the charger that’s included in the box was terrible, I ended up putting it in the trash. It didn’t fit well at all and also took an insane amount of time to charge the phone. Before I switched to a new charging cable the phone was at 1% battery and telling me it would take 8 hours to be fully charged. Switched to a new cable 5 minutes later and it went down to 1 hour and 57 minutes to full charge. I’m not a super heavy phone user and I find that I charge this phone about every 2 or even 3 days if I’m not using it much.Overall I’d say go for it, just be sure to also have a new charging cable to, because the one they give you sucks.

An excellent phone this one
It performs great, the display is great, battery is good, it still has solid cameras…. All that for a fraction of the price. I’d definitely recommend this phone to most people

Who knew that refurbished phones could seem so new
I read a lot of comments and reviews before I selected this phone. Have to admit I am a big fan of Samsung Galaxy phones. The one I bought is refurbished, but in excellent condition. I like the idea of a refurbished phone from a saving the planet perspective, but this phone has no scratches or blemishes of any kind. Great job Guirble Team!!
