Awesome no frills phone.
If you can get a truly unlocked one it is a great phone. For the price it is better than most. Lots of cheap phones are not even usable. This on works fine and is good quality.

The phone is great when connected to Wi-Fi. However the phone is not unlocked as listed. It’s tied to T-Mobile and will not make calls using my providers SIM card. Even after doing a reset following my providers access instructionsð

I buy Motorola ONLY!
But this phone has problems with the camera. It seems that sometimes the camera has a software issue and locks up. It is the ONLY problem I have with it. To keep your phone lasting 2 days on the battery charge make sure that you charge it once it gets down to 20% and never charge it past 90% -this will maximize the battery life.

Fantastic “budget” phone
I switched from an APPLE iphone 12 ProMax and don’t miss the iphone. This Motorola being an “Android 12” is much easier for loading apps than the iphone. Don’t have to go through all the verification NONSENSE that Apple requires! Even though the iphone has a superior (probably the BEST) camera available, I find that the “720P” of the Moto is all I need. The one thing about the iphone that REALLY bothered me was the phone “locking up” after doing the CONSTANT updates from apple. This Moto had only one update so far (update to Android 12) , but the phone performs flawlessly, AT <$100!

Purchase – easy process.Shipping – great!Phone – SIM tray not operable, could not open.Return Process 1. Contacted seller – completed all troubleshooting suggestions. 2. Completed required paperwork, return label included for direct return – refund or replacement if available. 3. Additional communication with seller, same phone for sale through Amazon (on website – still on the Amazon website). 4. Seller said replacement would be sent 2-day FedEx. 5. No replacement – refund issued.??? The exact same phone is still for sale with the SAME seller. I was told I could purchase it againâ¦â¦.no thank you.*** Purchased same phone from another seller. I wanted a second phone for international travel – SIM tray works great! Phone powered up right away, simple set up, although I did not need most of the preloaded apps. Screen is bright and clear when looking at it direct, if at an angle it appears to fade (optical illusion). Charge held 2 days with minimum use, 16 hours with almost constant use – maps, downloaded passes for tours, metro directions, etc. This phone is perfect for what I need!!!

Great phone, big screen, pretty fast, and for the low price is a great value. It came in a box (but was resealed with a motorola sticker). Its from a US carrier, and has some software installed that you cant remove, but not a big deal. Disable the download manager for the carrier, or it will keep downloading software. Even though the phone was pretty much perfect, and didnt have a scratch, the original charging block was removed and replaced with a samsung “fast” charger that was super slow. But for the price, its still a great deal!

Got mine earlier today with Prime’s same day shipping.First thing’s first: this is an excellent budget or backup smartphone in the even that your primary phone get damaged or breaks some way, some how (for the ones who are more visual, I encourage to view this phone as a Mitsu Mirage – has everything you’ll need to do the job, successfully, but of course it’s not a hand-built AMG).The packaging was indeed a US wireless carrier packaging (possibly a pre-paid smartphone??) but nonetheless the unit that I got was in excellent condition (as in I tore through and opened all of the original packaging INCLUDING the packaging for the phone itself, etc.) so I don’t actually know what satisfies the Amazon Renewed qualifications.The unit that I got was indeed unlocked from the start since the moment that I put in my old sim (the sim card tray has a regular sized sim card slot plus a nano sim card slot), the phone already updated the time, date, and wireless carrier – Fido in my case. Took another 45 minutes for the system updates and Play store updates after connecting to wifi.The phone is performing well and does everything I need the phone to do. For those who are on the fence and still deciding, the reality of the situation is that this phone in particular is not a flagship phone. I took a leap of faith on this phone and the price that I paid was an added bonus so I know that I’ll be able to get a few years of use before buying another phone. I purchased this phone and it worked for a little less than eleven months but during that time it used to always randomly crash and be slow. Now it’s stopped working and the screen is glitchy and barely visible and the buttons won’t register.You’re better off getting a phone that works and isn’t designed to eventually break.
