It seems decent and nice size. After setting it up you need to power off the device and on again otherwise won’t charge. Time will tell about the quality but seems in good shape from now.

Cracked & didn’t work
The phone was cracked. It wouldn’t stay connected to a network. The screen wasn’t glued to the phone correctly, you could see the inside of the phone. The page jumped. And the biometrics wouldn’t recognize thumbprint. The company whom I bought the phone from wouldn’t even answer when I filed to get a replacement. I payed around $170.00 foe the phone. Amazon only made.good with a $30 promotional credit because although I bought it on Amazon it was through a 3rd party. I was basically screwed for the phone. Be careful where you buy your phones from.

I just received my phone yesterday and omg I am so in love with my phone.It is so fast,crisp clear, so extremely fast.the Camara is so so extremely clear when you zoom in all the way you can still see everything so clear .No lag no fuzziness like other phones I had in the past. This one is definitely a keeper I love everything about it . I do so highly recommend this phone to anyone who wants a phone that is amazing as this.I promise you will not be disappointed. Unless of course if you end up with a defective one .But you will absolutely love it. I am planning on getting 2 more in the near future for my 2 sons .they want one now lol! This company I highly recommend. And I just want to state that my phone is refurbished one it came in a box not original box. It has no scratches once o ever everything is so perfect. just be prepared for lots of updates when you get one . I have had over 18 of them since yesterday. Anytime one comes up let it do the updates it needs too it makes the phone that much better. I have been with Amazon for many years and they never disapoint I’m an extremely happy customer. hope my review helps.

Indistinguishable from being brand new so far
Looked pretty thoroughly all over the phone and could not identify a single imperfection when I tried to. No scratches, no chips, nothing. Eventually, much later, I noticed the smallest dust-particle-sized dot on the inner-ring of the camera lip. That is the only sign at all that this phone has ever been handled by another human.The performance is just as quick as I had hoped, and all the functionalities like the camera and fingerprint scanner are operating superbly. So far, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. As far as I’m concerned I just bought a new 5g a71 for hundreds less than normal. It even arrived a day early!I did thoroughly look through reviews of individual sellers, and Chubbiestech had the most consistently good reviews. Virtually everyone in the reviews were satisfied, and the only bad reviews came from shipping issues which Amazon claims responsibility for. So that’s who I went through, for reference.**Update: Phone is still great for the 99.99% of things however the phone randomly shut off once. There’s a chance it was just a button on my pants that accidently pushed the power button, so I’m not gonna lower my score at this moment.While it could have been my own fault, I rely way too much on my phones for security to risk the chance that it wasn’t. So for now, I found arguably an even better deal from the same seller for the s10+.I’ll be losing 5G and a better camera. If the impact on my 5G>4G experience is noticeable, I may go back to the a71 at a later time.**Went ahead and began return process, but again this probably should not reflect poorly on the seller or the phone itself. The shut-off could have entirely been some sort of missclick that I didn’t see, but I will never know and don’t want to find out.

NOT My Definition of Fully Unlocked
So, if you want to use this particular Samsung Galaxy A71 5G on a GSM network, I’m sure it works fine. I was forced into putting my Red Pocket Mobile GSMA (AT&T) sim in it and for that, it works great. But I wanted to use it with RPM’s CDMA network (Verizon mvno). The CDMA service redirects phone calls to a call line I’d rather not mention. All apn settings are correct. (I’ve had the phone for a week now). I can put in a Verizon sim and it will work, however, Verizon’s compatibility checker shows the phone IMEI as incompatible. It’s the same results with Twigby (Verizon mvno). I checked with someone with much more tech savvy than myself and he explained a myriad of possibilities of why my current Verizon sim works now in this phone but I’m not going to bore you with those details. Suffice to say, Verizon has a list of IMEI’s that they consider incompatible, specifically T-Mobile in this case. Who knows how long this phone would actually work on Verizon! I understand I *may* be able to get this phone’s IMEI pushed through if I got service directly through Verizon but this is a second low use line and I prefer the Red Pocket Mobile yearly CDMA plan for it.My point is, why hassle with all that just to keep this phone in particular? It’s not worth the additional time Just get a Verizon unlocked phone. So, by the listing’s definition of this phone being “fully unlocked” and for use with all carriers, I am forced to disagree until Verizon recognizes that T-Mobile phones may very well be fully unlocked. Until that time, this Unlocked T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy A71 is NOT for use with all carriers. Had it been listed as a GSM unlocked phone, then I would have avoided this listing and moved on.One thing sellers can never do is reimburse your time spent with inconveniences and they NEVER offer to reimburse you for gas.I will say that cosmetically the phone was in excellent condition. I imagine if Verizon ever updates their system to at least consider an unlocked former T-Mobile phone, there would be no issue as Amazon Renewed is often a great way to purchase like new items. I did, however, have this same exact issue a couple of years ago with a former T-Mobile yet unlocked phone but in that case it wasn’t a big deal because that phone was being used with my Red Pocket Mobile GSMA line. It was a Motorola One 5G Ace by T-Mobile.I returned the phone in this review.Thank you for reading.
