I have been using my refurbished S20+5G for about 7 weeks now. You would not know this was phone was not brand new. functionality has been excellent. The savings compared to a new phone can’t be beat. I will go this route with a refurbished vs. new phone from now on.

Phone came in excellent condition. Transferred data from my old phone with Smart Switch, popped in my old T-Mobile SIM and now I have 5G! Added a 400GB Sandisk micro SD so I have 528GB of storage. Only drawback to this model is that it only charges at 25w. Great phone at a fantastic price. Nice upgrade from my S9+

This phone is okay. The face recognition & fingerprint doesn’t work most of the time. The S9 plus was better. The lock screen keeps unlocking itself so I absolutely hate the smart lock. The camera constantly flips so my pics are always upside down & I have to rotate them. I’m just not a big fan of this phone.

Locked phone to Sprint
When I received the phone it was locked to Sprint USA and I struggled to find means of unlocking it,because it was telling me to contact Sprint for unlocking it of which I did contact them and I was charged to pay $65 dollars but the phone did not work,and then they demanded for another $202 dollars and I told them I don’t have such kind of money.so as am typing this message to you my $ 65 dollars went in vain and they stopped contacting me.I thank God I have a close friend in USA who directed me to the company that managed to unlock the phone and it now working.
