Great product…Wonderful service!
Our household is making the switch away from plastic containers and these were the perfect replacement. The assorted sizes are great, although I wish they had some round shaped versions as well. Fingers crossed that they will add those in the future.The glass part of the set seem fairly standard, but the lids are well designed. The silicone gasket works like a charm, sealing the lids on securely. The lids are nearly impossible to remove unless you pop the gaskets up to release the vacuum.We ordered several sizes/sets and two of the lids arrived cracked…probably due to shipping service. Their customer service responded immediately and had two replacement lids shipped out the next day. They included a free cutlery band as a bonus…because they are awesome!

Great, but fragile
I bought these because I meal prep most of my food for work, and I donât like the idea of my food sitting in a plastic container for days at a time. I love that these have a bamboo lid. If you follow the directions from the seller, you will have no problem getting the lid on and off. Itâs very simple. They hold the perfect amount of food and clean very easy. I really love these, however, my only complaint is the bamboo covers are a little fragile. 3 of mine (I bought 2 sets) have splits down them. One is completely my fault because I dropped it. The other 2, Iâm not sure how they got cracked. But I am still able to use them. This is my first time owning anything bamboo, so Iâm not sure if the fragility is specific to this product or just due to the material itâs made out of. Might be nice if there was a standalone option to purchase lids only, because I am accident prone. That being said, I would 100% purchase these again, and I most likely will be buying more in the future. They are really great.

Great Ecological Containers!
Love these containers! First the pros. Easy to clean, I can see what is in them clearly, lids come off easier than I expected but stay secure enough to keep liquids in, stack for easy storage, and lids are sturdy. Now the cons… um. I haven’t found any yet. I bought 2 sets and will buy more as we transition out of plastics. One arrived damaged so had the pleasure of working with customer service. And it really was a pleasure! Quick response and a hassle-free replacement. Very happy customer!

Aesthetic but dont think I can recommend
Update: Amazing customer service.Definitely recommend this company.Previous review:I’ve had these for about a month, spent the extra money for these ones because they are aesthetically pleasing and eco friendly, however, the bamboo lids have started to warp even though I have followed the directions precisely. 1 of them doesn’t even air seal anymore because it’s so warped. I debated on returning but not sure what the policy is.It’s unfortunate I really thought these would be great but with one of the 3 lids already warped I doubt these will last long.Hope this helps.

Lots of Neat Features + Amazing Customer Service!
The product is beautiful and convenient for meal prep, lunches and leftovers that you want to keep separate.I prefer glass over plastic as food doesnât ruin the container (ie spaghetti sauce!) I stored chorizo in it recently and it cleaned out perfectly without leaving a stain!My favorite feature is that they are squat and I can stack two on the same shelf in the fridge.Edit: Amazing Customer Service! One of my bamboo lids became deformed from moisture (my fault!) Tina, the owner reached out immediately, sending me a complimentary replacement lid plus band. Very pleased with this product!

Good quality and customer service
Update! My first review gained a response from the company and they are in the process of correcting one issue. There was a very slight bowing of one container lid that was causing the problem. They are replacing that lid. I spent more time working with the other two and found that it was my technique that was the problem in getting a good seal.First review:These containers are well made however, in order to get a reliable seal using the sellers technique, you cannot put much in them. I find them difficult to seal despite following the directions. The only time I can get them to seal well, usually after a few attempts, is if there is about a 1 inch or larger gap between the bottom of the lid and the contents. That really limits how much can go in a container. Even when I think I’ve got them sealed, the seal slowly releases. Already threw the boxes etc away so I’m stuck with them but would not buy any more.

Was looking for a beautiful food prep storage solution. I find when the fridge is tidy, itâs easy to make healthy meals. After unpacking I read the warning label shocked – Canât store liquids for long periods? No dishwasher or microwave? What the heck is this made of? No thank you. They are on the way back. This is not a good product for someone trying to avoid putting harmful chemicals in the body, would not recommend this product
