Great Value, Fast shipping
It came a day early which was a pleasant surprise. I was skeptical about the quality but figured I would try it with the return policy. Came with no scratches on the back, no scratches on the screen, just a few minor nicks on the frame near the power and volume buttons and some scratching near the charging portâthings that would happen anyway within a few months of normal use.For the price point, I was more than happy with the quality it cameânothing major or very noticeable at all and I am very picky when it comes to tech. Phone was unlocked as advertised and I’ve had no software problems this far.As far as the phone goes, I’ve had no issues except for the in screen fingerprint reader, which is a major downgrade from the dedicated buttons from previous generations, bur this has to do with Samsung and not the seller.

It came in excellent condition and unlocked. Lol I was nervous, at first, when I read reviews. It had a few updates when first booting up, but that wasn’t an issue.I did have one issue (not with the phone). My mint mobile sim would not work in the phone. So mint gave me an esim and deactivated my regular sim. Now, my old phone was no longer active and as it didn’t take esims. After several chats with them, they said my phone was locked. Uh, no, it’s not. It is easy to check that it wasn’t. Then they wanted me to factory reset my phone. Oh lawd, I was so done with them. Anyway, they said they needed to escalate to someone else and they would call me back. SMH…. I no longer have a working phone to receive calls.So…. long story short lmao At&t put in their sim and it works perfectly!

DO NOT PURCHASE – PHONE LOCKED
Do not buy a phone from this seller. They advertise the phones are unlocked, but they ARE NOT. They know they have this issue since they include directions on how to fix it. They tell you to connect to wi fi and download current OS. They specifically say they know this happens, but this will cure it. Well, it doesn’t cure it. The SIM will work for about two minutes and then it locks back up. Since I was porting my number, this has left me without a phone. It took me hours this afternoon to port the number and get everything set up at ATT, then the phone doesn’t work.I have emailed the seller several times with no response. Since I don’t have a phone, I can’t call them.Very disappointed. I have never written a review before, good or bad. I will spread the word about this seller. Shame on them for selling something they know has issues.

LOVE MY REFURBISHED SAMSUNG
Arrived in excellent condition, much longer battery life than my old Samsung, nice flat screen that works great with the Gorilla glass protector, and small enough to fit in my front pocket. There’s Samsung bloatware, but overall the s23 is a great phone.

Quality cheap phones and fully unlocked
This product has minor scratches on it. But other than that it works as it should. It is super fast than my old note 8 phone. And has the latest software and also has AI technology just like the s24. Money well spent for the price point on a flagship phone.

Nearly pristine condition
The only scratches are barely noticable and are located on the side of the phone, so I’ll never see them with the phone case on. Slipped in my sim card, restarted the phone and it logged into the Verizon network; no issues with it being locked. Battery drain doesn’t seem any different than a new phone. Overall I’m quite happy with the purchase.

Works as advertised
It is an unlocked phone. It doesn’t seem to be baked in with a carrier firmware either. Did not unlock the bootloader or unlock the OEM though. I don’t see a ROM I want for this phone to load a custom OS. But the selling point was the Bluetooth feature. As a person who wears Cochlear Implants and needs specific Bluetooth compatibility, I’d say this has superior Bluetooth connectivity. I can’t emphasize enough on the Bluetooth it’s like having the right spec to be compatible and doesn’t break up connectivity in the pocket so I can listen to music. The phone takes great pictures and it is very capable with a 5G cellular network and wifi 6 connection. The phone is fast and impressive in what it does in the hand it seems we could run it like a computer desktop but will not do that though. I paid for the mobility, Bluetooth, and ease of use. My last phone was Google Pixel 4a without 5G and it was okay. Was going to get another Pixel phone but Google kept screwing up all their newer versions of their phone with their Bluetooth they can’t seem to get that quality control right. I got this phone refurbished and it was a good deal it came with no scratches and came with a USB cord and a wall outlet charger.

Frustrating
Phone wasn’t unlocked. Said locked by Verizon but when Verizon tried unlocking it, it said locked buy carrier. Two hours and couldn’t unlock it. Next day went into the store and the guy popped in one of their Sims and it worked.Looks great and works great. Just a lot of frustration to get it to work after doing everything that the paper said to do.
