Easy addition to my puppy’s diet
I have a 9.5 month old German Shepherd mix and previously bought some salmon oil that you had to pump out and mix with food. It was messy and I quit using it after a while. Found these and it seemed like it would be way easier. Unfortunately, my puppy won’t eat them if I just give them to him straight; however, they are easy to crumble up so I mix one with his dinner and (as far as I know) he can’t tell the difference. Still way better than the straight oil version in terms of mess so I give this 5 stars.

My dogs, all 4 ( 2 Aussies,1 border collie, 1 German Shepherd), love these! I was looking for an omega mainly for their coats, in a soft chew. My GSD is 10 and surprisingly these have helped her dysplasia pain, and we’ve been able to cut back on her vet medication. Her coat was getting dry and is shinier now. She has gotten more energy and plays more even! All I’ve changed is adding these to her food ( 3 for her size), so they must be working. One of my Aussies, 5yrs old, coat was getting dull and just not the same quality it had been. She actually grew in different hair!! Softer and silky like my male. Now don’t get me wrong it’s still not perfect, or gorgeous like my 4 yr old male, her half brother, but much better. One thing I like alot about these is that 3 of my pack have sensitive stomachs, and they tolerate these and seem to love them. And never puke them up..a big plus. Dogs love smelly things, and these do of course have a fishy smell that I’m not so fond of, but I have my own omegas 🙂 All my dogs have thick, shedding undercoats that I brush at least every other day, and are groomed regularly. I haven’t noticed these help with shedding, but their healthier coats, the pain relief and other benefits of omegas are good enough for them 🙂 I buy 4 tubs at a time and think I’ve used them now for about a yr. So, yes so far they deserve 5 stars. A bit pricey when you have as many dogs as we do, but they get the best of everything diet wise,training, love, and care that we can give them. Zesty paw chews are just one of the many extras they get and worth it!

My dogs love it! But it contains palm oil.
I’m not sure if the amount of palm oil present in the formula of these bites is super harmful for my dogs (I recently learn palm oil is not poisonous for dogs but can make them sick since it has laxative effects) but both of my dogs love them, they haven’t gotten sick from eating these treats and their fur is super shinning. But in the future I’ll look for treats with palm oil free formulas.

Fantastic for skin issues
I used to order the liquid salmon oil but found that zesty paws also carried a chew. The chew is so convenient especially when traveling. I love this product and have put it on auto shipment. I noticed when the pups ran out they would itch or lick so I make sure we donât. Highly recommend!!

Noticeably helped both of my dogs
One of our dogs had slight dandruff and the other had started itching a couple of months ago, special hydrating shampoos didnât help so we tried these and they made all the difference. Both dogs have silky soft coats and their skin seems much improved. One of our dogs has a very sensitive stomach and does great on these. We now have these on auto delivery and we highly recommend them.

Inconsistency of quality control
I’ve been buying this product for my 4 Rhodesian Ridgebacks for a couple years, but the past year or so the quality and “SIZE” of each chewable has gotten smaller, with mass of crumbling in each container! I feel bad that after 4 years I’ll have to find another salmon product.

Dogs love it!
I first tried expensive vet recommended supplements to keep my spaniels’ coats and skin healthy, but they have sensitive stomachs and threw them up. Zesty Paws work great, agree with my dogs’ tummies and they love them.

Me confundà de producto y pensé que era para alergÃas, ya que hay uno muy parecido, con el mismo color y solo tiene una pequeña leyenda en morado que dice para que sirve, sugiero que cambien de color cada empaque para que sea mas facil de identificar. Purchased because my Jack Russellâs weâre having a dry/itchy skin issue. I canât say they did anything for my dogs as theyâre still scratching but the product itself is good. My dogs do love the flavor. Comes in a good quality container that keeps it fresh. You must give half recommended amount in AM and the other half in PM so as to not have a shock to their system (such as loose stool). Overall good product.

Good treats, our dogs love them and help keep their coats soft and full. The downfall is that this particular treat is hard to find in store and it’s only found at a steeper price online so we opted for a immune zesty paw from our local petsmart for $15 cheaper then this one. Good product but overpriced
