Great shape but BATTERY wont hold a charge
Bad battery- I have had this phone since March. It seemed to work fine but i noticed it would have sporadic battery life. Some times it would last all day with some to spare other times it wouldnt even make it to lunch. I monitored the battery consumption to see if it was an app or downloading something in the background but found nothing. I had to have it in constant battery saver mode just to get it to last me until after work. I bought this to replace my other identical phone which had no problems of this sort. I finally purchased a pixel 2 because this morning it had a full charge and after using it for a couple hours of normal texting and social media it suddenly gave me a low battery warning and turned off. This has happened multiple times before. I put it on the charger and 15 minutes later it magically had almost a full charge. Very disappointed.

This phone is a battery beast
I absolutely love the phone, when I received it I was under the impression that it wasn’t going to be in the best condition because it was listed as used but my device looked brand new and has been working great. This phone is a battery beast and I can easily use it all day with no worries of needing a charger and I’m getting about 8 hours screen on time daily. It has it’s quirks occasionally but overall I couldn’t be happier

Not a âBlemish on the phoneâ… Great Price, Free 2 Day Ship…
Having recently retired from VZW, Iâve seen my fair share of brand new-in box that are DOA. It happens. It sucks when it happens to ourselves, but it happens.I ordered the Moto-Z-Droid that was advertised as ârefurbishedâ. Although I appreciate the full disclosure of the handset, this handset was brand spanking new. Not a âblemishâ on ANY part of this Moto-Z-Droid. As of this writing, this Moto-Z-Droid, has operated flawlessly on 8.1 OS.The pricing was very fair & honest considering the equipment that was shipped. Not too much margin, like I said fair. I would purchase another handset if I needed another. Two day shipping was promised & honored.Needless to say, my experience was smooth as smooth can be. My expectations were exceeded and I would suggest someone needing a cell phone to start here first.

Love my Moto Z Play!!!!!!!
I love this phone, because of it’s unique features, and accessories.And plan on keep adding accessories.The only thing I didn’t like, ( all though ), being unlocked helped.Was that my consumer cellular SIM was an issue at first.

Battery great for about 10 months, then is terrible
Well, I’ve ALMOST had this phone for a year. It worked perfectly at first. Exactly what I needed it to do. My contract wasn’t up with my old phone so I couldn’t afford to pay my last payment and a new payment on a new phone so decided to buy this one and I was not disappointed. But in the past month or so the battery has been dying so quickly. It used to be incredible and last for ages. I could go a day and a half without charging it and I use my phone a lot. Last night it was at 50% and I didn’t touch it from 9pm to 7:30am and it died on me and my alarm didn’t go off. Not sure how to use a phone I have to charge three times a day. Grateful for the use I got for it, so if you only need a phone for a year and don’t mind spending $200 for that, then it may still work for you.

Best phone I’ve ever purchased including the iPhone which sucks this phone is amazing
This phone is absolutely amazing. Talk time is at least 20 hours and it charges quickly there’s no problems and it has the option to get a speaker attachment a projector attachment and many more for very low cost as long as you buy it through Amazon because if you go to the phone store their prices are absolutely outrageous and this phone cost $414 hours from Verizon.

Great while it lasted
The phone lasted all of 5 months and then died. Tried contacting the seller with no response and Amazon gave me th run-around until I gave up and too it as a loss.The phone itself was awesome, for the time I had it.
