I purchased the BV4900 pro in April 2022 ‘n just yesterday the “OS” went blewy. It “reboots” every15 seconds? WTH? I’ve left it at a phone repair shop (technician at first couldn’t figure out whathappened, now has to have “diagnostics”…heck, he couldn’t even reboot the system!)….unsure whatis up…I can’t call anyone (no customer service)….I got a 2-yr warranty/repair but sheeze….thats justbad phone.

I got this for my 13yr old but after opening and checking it out, it doesn’t meet his expectations…so it’s being returned. I believe part of it has to do with gigs an all that jazz but honestly I don’t know as I never checked it out.
