I like the phone it works really well, features are nice, its like brand new, quick swiping, good memory, great pictures.Samsung is the bestGreat battery life.What I dislike is it didn’t come in a box, it didn’t come with a charger box, and no headphone jack.Other than that its great.

Practically brand new
Cosmetically this device is in near perfect condition. No damage at all to the case and only 2-3 very small hairline scratches on the screen that are only visible from very close up and from certain angles. The device charges perfectly fine and had no issues with setting it up with an AT&T sim. All features of the phone so far work fine. I am very happy with this purchase

Screen doesn’t work and body not in excellent condition
CONDITION:When I opened the box, I could tell that the phone was not in what Amazon describes as excellent condition. The description states “This product is in Excellent condition. The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away.” I took two photos from 12 inches away. Okay, no big deal. I’m going to put a case on it anyway.I attempt to turn on the phone and nothing happens. Okay, maybe it just needs to be charged. I charge the phone with the included charger and cable. It still won’t turn on. Okay, maybe the included adaptor or cable is bad. No problem, I have an Anker GAN charger and cable that I can use. After 30 minutes, it still won’t turn on. That’s not good. I try charging it on my QI charging pad because maybe the charging port is badâstill nothing. So, I do a few Google searches. Maybe it’s got the black screen of death. I try a few methods of restarting it. It reboots apparently. I only know that because it makes the Samsung sound. Unfortunately, the screen has remained off this entire time. So yeah, it’s got a screen issue.SHIPPING:The phone arrived earlier than expected. That’s the only positive that I have.The phone was shipped in a small white box inside of a bubble mailer. The box that the phone arrived in was partitioned, with the small upper section being larger than the phone. The box had nothing in it to keep the phone from jostling around. More than likely, the screen worked before it was shipped and an internal connector came loose.OVERALL:It’s a refurbished phone. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing. If it had just been scuffed on the edges, I would have slapped a case and screen protector on it and been happy. However, if it’s scuffed and the most important part of it doesn’t work (the screen), I’m annoyed. Now I need to wait for the seller to approve my refund, then purchase another phone and wait for it to arrive. Maybe I’m lucky that it had the issue when I first received it instead of 91 days later when it’s just out of warranty.I’m sure the seller is fine and most people receive great products. I do believe the products could benefit from slightly better shipping. So no, don’t avoid this seller, but be aware that these things can happen.

Great deal, purchased from Recell.
I purchased my renewed Samsung S21 from the seller Recell and have been VERY happy with my purchase. Shout-out to the other reviewers that mentioned which seller they used. I paid a little more for an Excellent condition phone with Recell because of those reviews.The phone came one day earlier than predicted, it was received in 3 business days. It was well packaged in a sleeve and bubble wrap. The phone itself looks brand new. The only slight giveaway is that the back phone plate doesn’t say Samsung. Noticeable to me because I know it’s supposed to be there but not a big deal.Battery life has been great for me, I have it on battery conserving where it only charges to 85%, and that’s plenty charge for my day. I don’t use it much during work and I always have it on my charger for Android Auto to and from work, maybe 30 minutes ride, so that could contribute. I do spend a lot of time on my phone scrolling when I’m home though. Not a huge deal when you can use super fast charging.I watched a lot of reviews on this phone and it stands up to my expectations. Still a great phone to purchase in 2023 and very happy with an Amazon renewed one.

The phone is decent enough. I find the battery life only performing quite well under the battery saver mode, where I can go about a day and a half without needing a charge. Otherwise, it needs to be charged daily. The face recognition only works 1/3 of the time, the fingerprint works about 2/3 of the time, leaving me often opting for pin.Other than that the camera is quite nice; its more saturated compared to other phones including some of the newer apple cameras. I find the saturation pleasing and makes all my photos look like they’ve already been edited compared to my peers to have better contrast and vibrance.I bought a re-furbished version, while it claimed it would arrive in decent-good quality it was actually in perfect condition. I don’t think it was the original box, but every piece was there and the phone had no issues or scratches. Very good deal.

Best phone I’ve ever had. It’s easy to operate. Battery life is longer than what I’m used too. Only offer was pink so had to get a black case. More colour options would’ve been nice.

I bought this phone to replace an older model.At that time I did not know that it has well known choppy, voice cutting off problems.I could not talk to anyone for a single time without the choppy voice problem and due to which they couldn’t hear me at all.I tried to troubleshoot this problem and tried many fixes found online and on Samsung’s website, including a brand new SIM card but nothing worked at all.During my research to try to fix this problem I learned that it is a rampant problem for this model so I am not alone and that’s probably why it was returned to Amazon and the used phone dealers are selling it again to the public.Don’t buy this phone …you have been warned.
