Great product
My dog has food allergies so it is hard to find a chewable with ingredients that she can have. This one is great and she loves it. Takes it like a treat.

My huskies love these!
Since giving one per day in the evening to each of my Huskies, I can tell they are moving much better and not showing signs of stiffness or hurting after laying down.

A Savior for My Picky 14-Year-Old Bassett Hound
I recently decided to try out Purina Pro Plan Joint Care for my 14-year-old Bassett Hound, who has been showing signs of joint discomfort and reduced mobility. While I had high hopes for this product, my picky pup wasn’t too thrilled about the flavor initially. However, I found a way to make it work, and the positive impact on her mobility makes it all worth it.At first, my Bassett Hound seemed disinterested in the flavor of the Purina Pro Plan Joint Care formula. Knowing that a balanced diet is crucial for her overall health, I tried mixing the kibble with some wet food that she loves. This combination seemed to do the trick, and she started eating it without much fuss.Despite the initial challenge with the flavor, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my dog’s mobility after using Purina Pro Plan Joint Care for a few weeks. She now moves around more comfortably and seems to enjoy her walks again, which is heartwarming to see at her age.The inclusion of joint care supplements in the formula appears to be making a positive impact on her well-being. It gives me peace of mind knowing that this food is specially designed to support her aging joints, and it seems to be doing its job effectively. While dealing with a picky eater can be a bit frustrating, seeing the positive effects of Purina Pro Plan Joint Care on my Bassett Hound’s mobility makes it all worthwhile. I would highly recommend this product to other pet owners with aging dogs facing similar joint issues. With a bit of creativity in meal preparation, your furry companion can reap the benefits of improved mobility and overall comfort, just like mine did.

It seems to be helping.
My little girl is 9. I noticed several months ago that she was playing less and seemed cranky. I also noticed hesitation when jumping onto the bed and chewing and licking her paws a lot. So I thought Iâd try these. Itâs been a couple of months now and I noticed less chewing/licking her paws, no problems jumping onto bed, and she seems a lot calmer. Iâm thinking because sheâs not in as much pain.very happy I tried them. She likes the taste too! We give it after her meal and she begs for it like a treat!

Not my dogs favorite treats….
I have three older dogs ranging from a 65 pound Golden Retriever to a 7 pound chihuahua with a 35 pound Border Collie in the middle. I was excited to try these as they are all over the age of 7 and having issues with joint pain and mobility. They were all excited when I opened the bag and sat pretty. I offered one to each of them and they all spit it out and looked at me with suspicion. The border collie decided to hightail it out of there like the chicken he is because he knew I was going to push the issue. SO I offered it back to the my golden who took just to please me but ate it like it was killing her. The chihuahua was jealous at this point so she took her too. It took her five minutes to get through because she kept spitting it out. lol. So these may work for the joint issues but I really do not have time to chase around three dogs to convince them to eat them. The second time I tried they refused completely. So I cannot speak to the efficacy of these but I can tell you that they may be an acquired taste. I have taken to hiding them in cheese and even that is a stretch. I haven’t noticed any improvement in movement in any of them so far but we are only a week in.Update: We have finished the bag by hiding them in cheese. I have not noticed any marked improvement in movement so I will not be purchasing these again.

These are miracle treats for my fat little baby boy, Bootsie â¥ï¸
This is our American Pitbull Terrier/Red Nose Pitbull Mix, and he’s 9 going on 10 years old, he’s very healthy, except the fact that he’s about 40 pounds overweight (we have a few cats and he loves to eat every bowl of their food as soon as he gets the chance, the vet said cat food is like an addiction for some dogs, and he’s one of them, plus he seems to think he actually is a cat now, too, so that doesn’t help, either, haha ð but cat food is very fattening and bad for dogs, unfortunately). Anyway, he’s starting having major issues with his back legs and hips, due to being overweight and getting up in age for his breed (American Pit Terriers normally only live to between 10-12 years old), it was so bad at one point he couldn’t stand at all without screaming in pain, and the vet put him on 2 pain killers, vetprofen and gabapentin with very high doses, but since we’ve started giving him these chews, we’ve only had to give him the pain medicine a total of 3 times, now, and not even the full dose prescribed, just half the dose, which is normally after he gets stiff from laying down for a long period of time, overnight, etc, but the rest of the time he’s still running, bouncing, excited, and happy as he’s ever been. It’s given new life to my big old baby, and I’m so thankful. That said, he doesn’t seem to like the taste of these so we have to give it to him and tell him to eat it before we give him a treat that he does like for eating these ones that he doesn’t like, but it works, lol. I’ve recently ordered some hemp oil to try with them, as well, so hopefully that helps. I normally just give him 1 a day although he’s a few pounds above the 1 day chew and could have 2, but normally 1 is all he needs, and then if he starts acting like he’s hurting then we’ll give him 2 again for a while, so just kind of play with it, but don’t go over the maximum daily dose, though. Overall 10 out of 10 stars. Seriously, what’s not to love, good price point, sometimes you can even get them on sale, too, and most importantly they work, we couldn’t be happier ð.

My dog loves them!
CAUTION!!! Cut them in half for tiny dogs!My little dog loves these! Sheâs around 10 pounds, a miniature pinscher, and she can only eat half of one at a time. A whole one makes her foam at the mouth a bit, but doesnât seem to make her sick or anything otherwise. So Iâd say if you have a toy breed, cut them in half.
