Strength in a bottle for your hair
I use this combo plus the mask regularly. I have switched to other shampoos and conditioners but I keep coming back to this one. It provides my hair the moisture, shine and strength. My hair is made of thick strands but they are pretty fragile even though I donât process my hair, just dye it since I have grey hair. With this combo, my hair doesnât break at all and it looks young, shiny and super strong! I absolutely love it! It defines my natural curls in a way that no other shampoo and conditioner combo does. This set doesnât weigh your hair down and doesnât make it greasy or dry. It keeps your hair all moisturized and lovely!

It’s good for curls. That’s my hair wet and fresh from the shower. It’s not heavy. It doesn’t dry your hair out. I do not dye my hair so I can’t tell you if it’s good for hair that is dyed. Even when I straighten my hair it looks great. My 8 yr old daughter uses it and her hair is healthy too. Everyone says the expensive brands are better but, take it from a 37 yr old woman who has used quite a bit of hair products, that is not true. Usually the cheap ones are the best. Especially name brands that have been around a long time. Because they have their formula perfected since the beginning and have had time to make it even better.

Fragile pumps but amazing product
The pump tops definitely need to be a bit more durable, a small drop in the shower and my conditioner pump broke in like 3 places. I had to track down a spare pump top that would fit the bottle.Aside from that, the product itself is wonderful. The whole Total Repair line is tbh, but I love the shampoo and conditioner are wonderful base products for any kind of damaged or chemically treated hair. Both are rich and creamy.The shampoo doesn’t dry my hair out and is slightly conditioning on rinsing so less tangles and risk of breakage while working through the conditioner (this is important for compromised hair!) It lathers well and doesn’t leave the scalp feeling stripped. The conditioner doesn’t give me a lot of slip, but as this is a protein-heavy conditioner that’s not unusual. It does still leave my hair soft and easily detangled though and I can see a difference in the condition of my hair with each use. My curls are springy and defined and hold their shape super well.This is a great shampoo and conditioner and at an even better price point. I like my high-end salon brands, but this is the one I come back to often when my hair really needs some TLC.
