The brushes were really nice. Soft, no fall out, havenât used for make up yet but I think they will be great. Better then some make up brushes Iâve bought and the price is great too

I am in love with these brushes.My favorite is the flat-end (blunt-cut, unslanted) one, which I use to apply foundation.It’s soft, feels good in my hand, works with both liquid and powder foundation, and does as perfect a job as I can imagine at quickly and easily creating a foundation coat that is even, natural looking and all-around great!So far I’m just as happy with the other brushes, but the foundation brush is the biggest find for me, because I have a hard time finding one that does a satisfactory job, let alone the great job this one does.To get brushes that work this well and feel this great for any price is no easy trick, in my experience. To get them at this price is make-up/shopping heaven!My compliments and thanks to this company, and boy, do I ever recommend these.Btw, in an effort to help anyone reading this decide whether they might like what I like in a brush, I also like Real Techniques brushes, when it comes to tools that don’t break the bank…but these came at a significantly lower price to comparable (i.e., same purpose/task) RT brushes.

These brushes are great for beginner and intermediate’s at makeup application.The bristles are shaped and trimmed well and for the fiber I think they perform OK. An advanced makeup artist or a professional would probably not choose these brushes, but it is normal to start with an entry level set and work up from there, selectively purchasing individual brushes that suit your individual needs.The fibers are OK for creamy products with a medium viscosity. I don’t like them for runny products, thick products, or powders. They all have exactly the same texture, and that creates a limitation which will force an intermediate to seek out other brushes when they can’t get the performance they expect from a product because of the brush fibers.My main complaint with entry level brushes is that the handles are unnecessarily thick and stubby.And that is precisely the issue with this set!I prefer longer handled brushes that taper at the end. They are easier to manipulate and they actually fit into brush cups. With these chunky handles you have to grip the brush, you can’t hold it gently.For storage or display, thick handled brushes need a brush cup, stand, or holder that has a bunch of slots made for fat face powder brushes. And usually there is only room for one or two like that. Forget these for traveling or even for your purse. Just…no!So if you are a beginner or intermediate and have space on your counter and in your display/brush storage roll, bag, cup, holder: go for it.

Apenas estrené algunas. Regresaré a actualizar luego, pero desde ya les comento que por los $500mxn que pagué lo valen, el material y la textura al contacto con la piel son super suaves. Para chicas como yo que apenas se incursionan en el makeup incluye un instructivo con el nombre de la brocha y el uso que se le debe dar a la misma lo cual es muy importante porque apenas empezamos a conocer todo.
