Translucent not transparent
Review for 4 Pcs Food Storage Containers with Lids Airtight, 2 Pcs Extra Large (6.5L/220oz)& 2 Pcs Large (5.4L/183These are not transparent as the illustrations show, they are translucent. That is not the worst thing in the world, you should just be aware if what you are looking for is something transparent. Oddly enough the illustrations for the ‘colorless’ and ‘transparent’ variations seem to be exactly the same. And I guess I figure they are both the translucent material, as transparent is usually rigid plastic and these are flexible.The containers are somewhat flexible. The lids fit on pretty well. They do unclip pretty easily so you can’t really just grab these containers by the edge of the lid or they will unclip.I read that some folks had issues un-nesting these and it was frustrating for them to get them apart. If you just start at the innermost one, and pull a little bit on each edge as you rotate the stack, it will probably be the easiest way to get them apart. It did take a little while to release them all, but I did it with no broken nails or frustration.They are a nice size for bulkier items like cereals, grains and flours. Right now for sale for about $28 and with a $10 coupon, so they are a good buy at that price.

Huge air tight food containers!
Food is expensive and I personally get upset when I have to throw out food because of spoilage or insect invasion. Thatâs where these air tight storage containers come in.The Kemethy 4 piece storage containers are HUGE! Iâve never had storage containers quite this size where they can hold 4 boxes of Costcoâs Penne pasta. Simply amazed at the holding ability. The silicone seal is terrific and sturdy. The labels can be reused by wiping and writing. I particularly like that on the side thereâs an indicator capacity as to of how much food items is left. They make my pantry look much more organized and are aesthetically pleasing. Theyâre dish washer safe and stackable.Although, my only concern with stack ability is that youâre going to spend a considerable amount of time unstacking them when they are ready to be used because of the vacuum seal. This doesnât take away from my review, itâs something to note for those that like stacking items within each other.Otherwise, highly recommended!

Really Good Containers, Spacious – But They Are Kind of Translucent, Not Perfectly Clear
So these are indeed nice containers – very spacious with an air tight seal. However, they are somewhat translucent – not crystal clear plastic as shown in the listing (see pic). I personally don’t care and I don’t feel this is enough to knock a star off. They are still clear enough to read the label on what you put it it.That being said, these are good quality – zero issue with any of them. All the lids seal securely and correctly. The plastic used in the containers is plenty thick but it’s not brittle – it has some flex and is basically shatterproof. It seems very unlikely to crack if you dropped a full container.Overall, a really good set of containers. Even though they aren’t fully transparent (fine by me), they are well made and have lots of room. I would easily get these again.

Four larger containers to keep food item fresh. You can certainly use these for a huge variety of pantry items. I have one with pasta dough flour; another with fresh bread ingredients. Then if Iâm making pasta- I can grab the container and know that I have my semolina and 00 together. Etc. They are larger containers- so a bulky bag of rice or beans would also work here- if you use a lot of them. The snap lids are not the best- but they certainly work!

Perfect food storage containers
These are perfect for storing food. They have a rubber seal to prevent whatever is inside from going stale and the lids clip down on all sides. There are 2 different sizes, but the lids fit on all which is always nice. This comes with eight black labels you can stick on and a white marker to label. I haven’t labeled any of them yet, mainly because I am using them to hold half opened bags of flour, rice, etc. that I don’t want bugs to get into, but the labels do appear that they would be easily removeable if needed.I will warn that these all came inside each other, with thin bags around each, I ended up having to have my husband hold one end while I yanked on the other to separate them, but they were damaged, so they are really sturdy.
