Mixed Feelings on Makeup Set-Some Hits, Some Misses
I had some hopes for this makeup set, but it turned out to be a mixed bag. The foundation and lip gloss shades were way too dark for my skin tone, and the eye shadow palette colors didn’t match the description online. It is a letdown when you can’t rely on the product images. The brushes included in the set were a bit of a puzzle â some of them just didn’t make sense for their intended use, and they felt itchy on my skin. However, not everything was a miss. The eye pencil, mascara, and eyeliner are good quality and I’m happy with those. It is tricky to judge the blush without the right foundation base, but I’m willing to work with it. On the plus side, the cosmetic bag that came with it is quite handy for organizing my makeup essentials. Overall, I would not recommend buying this set. It is experiences like this that make me hesitant to purchase makeup online. You might end up with products you can not use. It is alright, but not worth the gamble. Two stars. Would not buy again.
