Despite having worn makeup for 30+ years, I am still incapable of applying mascara without making a mess. Previously I would use cotton swabs dipped in water, sometimes dipped in soap which could get in my eye and sting like crazy.I tried makeup removing cloths, but I would end smearing the makeup I wanted to leave on my eyes.Then I started dipping the cotton swabs in the stack a makeup removing cloths, which worked but it was hard to get them damp enough. I thought to myself, “someone must have come up with a cotton swab that removes makeup.”Quick search on Amazon and of course, there they are. These work great, remove the makeup easily and are such a time saver. My only complaint is I wish there were more in a package for this price.

Great for eye makeup goop in corners of eyes
I keep these in my purse for when some eye makeup has travelled to the inside corner of my eye. You just snap the purple-striped end, tilt it up, and let the liquid flow into the other end. It’s perfect for smoothly getting it out without damaging the delicate tissue. I also use it for swiping under my eyes when eye shadow or mascara tends to smudge under my eyes. This is an excellent product; unlike others I’ve tried, this doesn’t burn. This is an absolute staple in my purse, makeup bag, travel bag, and glove compartment!

Very convenient eye makeup remover
I’ve used Almay eye makeup remover for decades… only we older people can say that lol… I normally use just the little pads that are very convenient that come in a container but these are good to put in your purse or for travel. You just break off the end of the q-tip and the remover moves down into the other end of the q-tip and you use it on your eyes. Very convenient, Very effective! I just didn’t remember there being so few in the container and I didn’t actually look at the count before I bought them. They come in a little plastic box that is very convenient and closes tightly. You might want to give them a try!

These are actually the coolest thing Iâve ever used as far as makeup removal goes.So, I like wearing a full beat, different eyeshadow/face looks every day of varying complexities – Iâd like to think Iâve run into a multitude of problems that youâd probably be interested in knowing these bad boys take care of.1. WINGED LINER??? These things clean up a cat eye so easily youâll be stuck with TOO MUCH time on your hands not having to worry about restarting those wings.2. Oops! Mascara. So, letâs say youâre doing a a great job with your makeup and nothing is going wrong and life is good and the muses are WITH YOU and- BAM! Mascara comes in to ruin the show. Letâs say you accidentally hit the wand on the inner corner of your eye or nose, or you sneeze and now itâs EVERYWHERE, or you do everything correctly and it still manages to get everywhere (it happens). These sticks GOTCHU! Gently dabbing makeup remover over eyeshadow or foundation always means youâre gonna have to reapply in those areas (unless you have the time for the mascara to dry and just pick the crusties off) but itâs EASIER to get off with these!3. Lipstick troubles! Hi, I overdraw my lips bc I donât have lips to begin with. Sometimes I get a little too crazy and end up full Trixie Mattel – These take care of that. They also take care of just like, basic mistakes and smearing or whateverrrrrr.4. Fallout? Boy, BYE. You ever put on black eyeshadow and end up with bad high school theater black eyes? Yeah no, clean those under eyes up and live your best life.5. CUT CREASE! Now this is my favorite cause cut crease eyeshadow looks are amazing and wonderful but so hard to do – until you get yourself these MAGIC WANDS YO! Just cut those creases with THESE and slam some concealer into the new makeup-less lids for the most perfect, skin dragging-free application youâve ever experienced.Now, Iâm probably leaving out a million other little reasons you should get these but oh my god find out for yourselves!! These are GREAT.

Affordable and Effective!
These little sticks are fabulous! Iâve been using the Maybelline Master Fixer Pen for a couple of years and it does a great job. However, since the makeup youâre removing stays on the applicators, it will eventually make the mistakes youâre trying to fix even worse and you end up going through the replacement heads pretty quickly…. which can be fairly expensive if you make a lot of mistakes like I inevitably do when applying my top liner.The Almay sticks are inexpensive, you toss them after one use, and they work just as well as their more expensive competitors. Perfect.
