Was skeptical, reading so many reviews it felt like a gamble, it could be good or bad, but the one I received had 85% battery. Did arrive one day earlierThe quality of it was amazing apart from a VERY tiny chip in the back and the sides look lightly scratched(alr gon cuz i put a case on it) BUT THE SCREEN IS PERFECT/PRESTINE, no dents no scratchersUnfortunately they are obviously not new phones, but from upgrading to a problematic X to a 13pro, in amazing condition is def worth a upgrade considering we are currently on iphone 15 models.I will not be sending this phone back for replacement I’m satisfied, charges fast, screen is smooth and everything else has been tested and is running great!I have CarPlay and experienced no connection issues for the first time, thank god

I purchased this 13Pro from Amazon Renewed. The phone was listed as “excellent” and it truly was. There were no flaws in the case or screen at all. Battery max capacity was 87%. It did not come with the original box, charger, or cord, but this was explained in the listing. It did come with a new charger and cord from a different brand, which is fine with me. It’s a beautiful phone that works great. It arrived sooner than expected. The price was good. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would do it again.

First time buying amazon renewed, honestly better than I expected. The deal in itself seemed like a steal however a bit dissapointed with the 85% battery health. Kinda wish it wouldve been in the 87-92 range or just a whole new battery in general, other than that it is the iPhone 13 Pro. 120 hz display, solid battery life, solid brightness, again if you are going to buy a phone ârenewedâ is definitely the way to go to keep e-waste off the planet

Exactly what I hoped for
This is exactly what I wanted. No scratches on the screen cameras or body of the phone. My only complaint is that the Condition said excellent. The battery life was only at 88%. Though this is really good, I expected it to be a little bit higher for an excellent rating. Again, the phone itself is almost in condition with no scratches or damage. And for that, it gets a five star rating

End product was good, but a hassle
Iâve bought refurbished phones before and not had an issue, but this was my first time using Amazon Renewed. The first phone came and had 100% battery which I was happy about, but there was a crack in the lower left corner. Disappointing, but I returned it and bought another from Amazon Renewed. The second phone had 85% battery health, which is still good, and it works perfectly.The reason Iâm giving it 3 stars is the way they dragged their feet giving me my refund. I returned it, it showed it arrived at their facility on January 12, and they kept pushing out my refund date which was aggravating because now I had two phones on my credit card bill. I contacted them on Jan 28 and they told me not to worry, Iâd have my refund by February 17. I said absolutely not, they had better refund me by the end of the month, or I was going to dispute the charge. The guy chatting with me reassured me Iâd get my money by February 17 and I went in circles with him on this, with us both stating the same thing over again. I ended it by telling him to tell his supervisor (who he had contacted to find out about the refund), that if I wasnât refunded by Jan 31, I would be disputing it. I had the refund by the next day.So that was a pain and started to make me feel like it was a scam. It all turned out well, but they did not make the process easy. Supposedly they have to have received it AND processed the return for me to be refunded, but it was a ridiculous amount of time and should have been done long before.That being said, Iâm happily typing this review from the second phone I bought from them and itâs in great condition.

Immaculate Phone in Excellent Condition
I was so impressed with the condition of this Iphone 13 plus! The appearance was absolutely immaculate, without a single scratch or nick on the screen or body. The battery life was 100% so I was thrilled. As close to brand new as I could get. I rarely ever write a review, but I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Perfect condition, 80% battery health
Device was received in perfect cosmetic condition along with all original parts. The device had already gone through setup and needed a factory reset. Battery health is reported at 80% which is disappointing.Overall happy with this purchase.

At first I was skeptical to order because of some of the reviews that I read. But I purchased an Iphone here in amazon before, way back 2022, iphone 11 pro and I didnt have any problem with it. Until now, its working fine but I want to atleast upgrade my phone so I decided to buy iphone 13 pro. I received it very fast ( 2 days after I ordered) at first I have a problem updating it to ios17 it takes me about an hour, it freeze and keep on loading. What I did is I reset it and it only takes me 20mins to update it to ios 17.4.1The phone is in good condition, looks new, there is a small scatch in the corner but you cannot even noticed it. No issues and it works as brand new.

I was prepared for a refurbished product, but this one actually came without any visible wear and tear. Plus, the battery is at 100%! I am absolutely pleasantly surprised. That said, I understand this is a bit of RNG depending on the inventory – I got very lucky.

I bought this phone last month and absolutely love it! It was in excellent condition – no scratches and battery life was 86% which is around what I was expecting. Well worth the price.
