Great Bin
Originally purchased for fermenting my sourdough which it works wonderfully for. Easy to track once the dough has doubled in size, especially since the outside has measurements marked so clearly. Also great for bulk item storage in the kitchen such as shredded cheese, dressing, or soup. Very versatile and the lids are great for helping keep it airtight.

Great containers for dough and more
I use one of these to store my bread flour and the others I use for my sourdough dough as it is easier to see when my dough has risen to perfection. I use a dry erase pen to mark the start and put a line where I want it to finish- super easy to see clearly. The pen washes off easily just as the dough does. Great product!

Good quality and durable
These are my go to containers for storage of baking materials and homemade bread dough. Hold up well – have owned a couple for years and recently bought more in different sizes . Would reccomend

Wanted these for a long time
I was a cook for many years. Having changed career paths, I noticed how much I liked these. They’re easy to sort and store and the lids are the same size. Conventional storage containers have so many different lids and sizes and it’s easy to let the storage bin become cluttered. They’re not a cheap as the Conventional. But I think they’re great.

They donât actually have the measurements printed on them
As you can see in my photo, the measurements are not printed in green like the product photos show. This isnât a big deal to me, but it does obviously make it harder to see the volume. I plan to use these to proof dough and they are a nice size and quality. Overall I am happy with them, I just wish they were exactly as shown.
