Perfect if you have pets, lots of power, great features!
We are very happy with this vacuum cleaner. We got it because we have cats and needed something that was going to do a good job getting the fur/hair and had enough suction to clean our carpets well. Honestly our current carpet in the house is decades old. After a few times of vacuuming with this, I can honestly see the carpet looks better, the vacuum has pulled up the nap where it was very mashed down. The handheld pet attachment actually works well, and this is coming from someone who usually thinks those are a waste of time. The roller brush has lots of bristles of different thickness. And the best thing is it’s easy to take apart and get the canister and various filters clean again. It’s also just a few screws to get to where you can remove the roller brush if you need to clean it. Also usually I feel like it’s hard to make the swivel heads go straight, they always want to turn on their own. This one you have to turn the handle to get it to swivel and that just really helps with controlling where the brush/head goes. The attachments work great. Beware having lightweight blankets or close get caught in the roller because it has so much power it will suck them right up and wrap around the roller, so make sure you pick up things like lightweight blankets and clothing before vacuuming.All in all we are very happy with this and will recommend it to anyone who wants a quality vacuum at a good price.

Great vacuum
Just the right amount of power for me. Works wonders on high traffic areas and pet fur. Holds a good amount before you need to dump. Swivels so we’ll it’s almost too much. Comes apart easily. Has some weight to it but not too heavy. Very sturdy. Easy to remove the catch container and clear out. It snaps back onto the base solid. However sometimes it takes me a couple trys to line it up to snap back in. Handle has good grip. Multiple levels to choose from to transition from rug to floor. This makes it a breeze to push and pull even when my back or arthritis is acting up. Honestly this is the best vacuum I’ve had in some time. I’ve owned more expensive and cheaper. This one is just right for me.

Best purchase I’ve made in a while
I’ve been using a very old dirt devil that was way past its prime, and I’ve never in my life had a new vacuum. As a young adult that has a whole house to clean, I knew I needed a replacement, and boy am I glad I chose this one. Lightweight compared to my old dirt devil, and functions like a dream! I picked up stuff that was almost microscopic powder dust, that I’ve never seen a vacuum do. This things suction power is no joke. Maybe it’s because I’ve never in my life used anything close to a new vacuum, but man am I ecstatic! I have 2 very furry dogs, and this thing keeps up with them better than I could’ve imagined, and NO tangling within the brush, WOW. My standard of clean is now based on this thing. I eventually want to replace it “when needed” with a Bissell with a hepa filter, but as of now I’m almost too pleased, and the money was very well spent, in my opinion. No more particulates being sprayed onto my toes as I vacuum, and dust flying through the air hallelujah! Wonderful brush, and attachments. Amazing suction, as I’ve mentioned, swivel is superb, I’m not a stickler for having lights or a cord reclaim function, I like mini the arm workout. I will be cleaning this thing regularly to keep the functionality going strong, and to extend the life as much as I can. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. If it’s within the budget, and you need something great this is it. No regrets. Bissell convert possibly for life!

So far so good. Item works as expected.
I purchased this to replace a Eureka Powerful NEU202. The Eureka (lasted less than two years) was a horrible choice and a vast downgrade from the previous version which I did like. It went together with ease, as most of them do, although you do need to screw in two screws for the handle. The Bissell works well and picks up pet hair great (the Eureka’s dust cup would get clogged every few min..) The suction seems fine and the attachments are adequate. I have not used the pet turbo yet, as I have used those on a few other vacuums, and they all seem to work about the same and have the same failings. No new vacuum seems made to last now a days, as they are all made out of plastic. The cord is not long enough to do a large room, however not many of them are. I do miss the cord rewind and the lights on the Eureka, however most important was finding a vacuum that would actually work for sand (living in Florida that is a must) and pet hair without having to unclog something every five or ten minutes. We have four dogs, three of which have long hair. Of those three, two of them shed a few times a year. The Bissell had no problems with the hair. I thought I would dislike the swivel feature, however I hardly noticed it when vacuuming. So I can not say if that is an improvement or not, at least it is not a negative. I can not speak to it’s durability, as I have only just received it, but I can say so far it is a great improvement over the Eureka, and as of now, I am happy with the purchase. We received this product and I was very happy with how easy it was to put together however, I then tested the vacuum on a low pile rug and within 20 seconds the motor blew and flames appeared from the vacuum, burning and melting the plastic. I have been offered a refund as I believe it is a faulty motor however, the cost of posting the vacuum from Singapore to the USA is simply not worth it.

Muy buen producto, tras leer muchos comentarios tuve algunas dudas al final me animé y este es mi resumen.-Excelente succión, no tengo alfombras en la casa sólo un tapete enorme y en realidad hace un excelente trabajo tanto en piso como en tapetes.-La comparamos con una aspiradora Koblenz que tiene mi mamá (según muy potente), después de aspirar con la Koblenz pasé la Bissel y sacó un contenedor completo de basura ð±.-En varios comentarios leà que se ve frágil, no sé de qué plástico indestructible eran las aspiradoras anteriores de ellos pero yo la veo igual que cualquier aspiradora, de hecho se siente resistente.-El accesorio para pelo de perro no sirve, al ponerlo gira de maravilla pero al pasarlo por el sofá o lo que sea se detiene por completo.-La manguera para usar los accesorios es muy corta, al no poderla estirar mucho se te viene encima la aspiradora.-El cable es corto, en la misma habitación tengo que cambiarla de conexión.En general estoy muy satisfecha, sin duda volverÃa a comprar de ésta marca.

My carpet is brand new so pretty lush and this vacuum was amazing. I vacuumed for 3 minutes and finished my whole main floor and picked up an insane amount of dust and dirt for a carpet I just vacuumed with a different vacuum. I donât have pets so canât attest to that but Iâm thoroughly impressed. Itâs heavy so stairs wonât be easy but the attachments are helpful for that. What a great vacuum for a really good price.

Me gusta mucho la potencia para quitar los pelos de las telas, cumple lo que promete sin embargo la herramienta para los sofás es muy delicada, desde el primer uso varios dientillos salieron volando y actualmente solo le quedan 2, también me gustó que el cable es largo y puedes llegar a más lugares de la casa pero lo tienes que ir sujetando porque estorba al momento de aspirar, pero apesar de esos inconvenientes es muy buena aspiradora, la mejor que he comprado hasta ahora pensada para mascotas.
