    Works as it should
It’s small, definitely think about 4 slices of bread and how much space that takes up for cooking. Comes with a pan and a rack. I’ve used it many times for bagels, reheating pizza or wings. Quick, does it’s job. It does get hot, but I’m not sure why anyone would think otherwise.

    Works great!
I’ve had this toaster oven for about a month now and, after doing some scavenger hunting on the internet for instructions and a little trial and error, I think it’s going to pretty much replace my regular gas oven.Let me save you a little frustration as to the lack of instructions, especially pertaining to the convection feature. If you select the “Bake” setting, the convection feature is activated. There is no way to turn it off, which is actually fine. What I have discovered is, if I’m baking baked goods (cookies, muffins, etc) you need to decrease the baking temperature by 25 degrees or reduce the baking time by about 25 %, or both. If you reduce the temp, start checking for doneness about 3/4 of the way through the baking process. If I’m baking a casserole, which contains more liquids or the like(‘cream of’ soups, eggs, cheese, etc) I use the recommended temperature in the recipe and let it cook the full amount of time. I made a tuna noodle casserole last week and it was perfect using the recipe exactly as written.I haven’t used the broil feature for meat yet, so I don’t have a point of reference for that feature and, as I’m single and just make toast in a regular 2 slice toaster, I also don’t have a review for the toast feature (I don’t need 8 slices of toast at once.)What I LOVE about this oven is being able to use my regular pans! I had a smaller toaster oven before and got frustrated by having to buy special pans for it. I ended up buying a lot of disposable aluminum pans. With this oven, I can use all of my regular pans (I have several Pampered Chef ones that I wasn’t able to use in the old toaster oven) except for a couple of my larger baking stones. So far, everything has baked so much more evenly than in my full sized gas oven that I’m absolutely thrilled. So, as far as the way the oven functions and the results I’ve had when cooking with it, I am very satisfied with this oven. The only negative comment that I have about it is that the instructions are almost non-existent. An individual shouldn’t have to do 2 hours of research online and watch youtube videos to learn how to properly use this product. They really need to include an actual instruction manual, with a few recipes included for each feature of the oven, instead of a big sheet of pitiful basic instructions that are written in about a dozen different languages. I think that most of the negative reviews that I’ve seen could have been avoided if this were the case. Does the outside of the oven get hot? Yes, it’s a toaster oven, not an insulated range, so move it away from the wall. The crumb tray slides into the slots underneath the OUTSIDE of the oven, it doesn’t go inside and I believe this is the reason that so many people are saying it never gets hot enough. The convection feature comes on and stays on when baking, there’s no way to shut it off. All of this could should be explained in an actual instruction manual. My last comment pertains to the price. At $67 in November, this oven was a great value. Less than a month later, it’s $96!!!! Had it been this price originally, I’m not sure I would have purchased it.So, my review is A for the the oven itself, D for the lack of instructions and the $30 price hike just before Christmas.

Buy From Amazon Warehouse And Save Money
I’m a woodturner and needed a small oven to dry and cure wood. I didn’t really need it to be new, just so it worked. The only thing that was wrong with it was a dent in the top that wasn’t that bad and a couple loose feet (nothing a phillips screwdriver couldn’t fix). The box was beat up and retaped, but everything was in the box (rack, trays and instructions). And I saved 34$ off the normal price buying it from their warehouse. I have in the past purchased from the Amazon Warehouse as a returned, damaged or refurb item and have been very pleased with the purchase. As for the oven, it works perfect. Heats up quick and all the controls work. The only thing that I don’t like (that some people might have an issue with), is the round controls are not very easy to grip and turn. It would have been better if they had wings on them so you could get a better grip on them. Other than that I’m pleased with this oven, and like any electronic item, only time will tell how well it will hold up. So if you want to save a few bucks, there’s nothing wrong buying from Amazon Warehouse if you don’t mind some scratches or a dent or two!

Good basic toaster and warming oven
This is my second Black and Decker toaster oven. It is a terrific, basic toaster and warming oven. Good size and easy to use. Warm up leftovers or make toast. It’s good and well priced. .

Works well, fits well, thumbs up.
Great toaster oven. Bought it to replace an old B&D model that was finally having trouble regulating temp. This one fits on the kitchen counter just fine and is wide and deep without sticking out anywhere. Does the job. Can’t ask for more.

this item is well worth the counter space. manual dials are easy to use. I just set it at bake, 350, and leave those settings, just crank the timer up over ten minutes and back to 5 to warm things up. I got a better grade of stainless baking tray here , abt 14 bucks. As others have mentioned the unit gets hot if it’s on for a long time, but I allowed good space around it, and can warm up a plate on top so it’s fine. One thing worth mentioning is the fixed position of the centre rack, so you can only use it for items up to 1 3/4 inches high ie you have to slice a croissant in half. It bakes cookies fine and does an impressive job on scones, but anything higher would be too close to the top element.

Ha funcionado eficientemente hasta la fecha. Reduce el tiempo de horneado de pan y asado de carnes, aumentando así el ahorro en el consumo de energía. Además, el espacio interior es bastante amplio.

A lot of good things about it, but toaster doesn’t work well at all. Bread gets hard n crisp, but no browning at all until so hard that you can’t eat it. Yep my settings rechecked and accurate. It has no indication to show or sound, that oven has reached set temp. A bit annoying, but otherwise a good and very roomy toaster oven.

This product works on a 110V AC source . Amazon is supplying it with a local step down transformer from 230V to 110V to make it suitable for Indian conditions . The transformer supplied is not working . I made a complaint to Black & Decker who sent a technician and he rectified the transformer on his second visit . Within the first use , the main MCB tripped indicating overload or short circuit in the transformer . Black & Decker refuses to service / replace the transformer saying it’s not their product . It’s just been a month since delivery and issue isn’t getting resolved . Will Amazon come forward to sort out the mess ?
