Absolutely love black view phones! This phone is a great deal for what you get. The speaker is like having a Bluetooth speaker it’s so loud. Reduced the need to pack around an extra item. Also, the battery lasts for what seems like forever. It is little bit heavy but for me that means it’s able to withstand a fall. Overall, impressive and would recommend to friends and family. This phone and other black view have been my go to as a gift for preteen family members.

Many reasons to like this cellphone
This cellphone is excellent for many reasons, first is that it is a rugged cellphone which means it is way more resistant than regular phones, if it falls on the floor is not going break too easily, it is waterproof, dustproof etc, the sound quality is very good. One of the most impressive features is its battery capacity, it is around 3 time of a regular cellphone which means that it go the whole day or even days without charging it. It is fast charging, the memory is expandable, it has a large screen; there are too many reasons to like this cellphone.

I had high hopes for this phone. I am hearing impaired so the speaker was a big deal for me and yes, the speaker and sound is great. The battery life and was great as well. However, the phone was too slow to even watch YouTube videos on and would constantly spin to load. Also the camera was very low quality. I really tried to like this but it’s just not for me. I will say that the customer service is great. Tina was very helpful in working out a satisfactory conclusion. It is good to see that customer service is still important.

I’m old. So I buy rugged phones. I don’t want an incidental drop onto the floor to be the end of the usability of my phone.Turns out, I was putting the phone away in my pants pocket, and it fell. Yeah. It immediately turned off, and will not turn back on. Doesn’t accept calls. Nothing. It’s dead. I paid upwards of 200 dollars for this. + the transfer fees to add this phone to the network (and take my previous, actually rugged phone off the network, so now I simply have no phone.What worthless trash.Even disregarding the little stuff like that it is actually able to turn its brightness to 0 – literally turn off the screen, but with no way to reset its brightness settings, aside from hoping its automatic brightness modulator (which freaking blasts the screen in a dark room) decides to let you use the phone again.It doesn’t even let you force shut down the phone with a long press, or anything like that.The *only* compliment I could give it was that I could reasonably comfortably keep it at 70-80% without fearing I’d be running out of battery.

Awesom phone for an awesome price
This phone will pay for itself after a couple of drops. I decided to buy this rugged unlocked phone after being tired of buying cell phone after cell phone because I dropped it, it got wet, or my screen was cracked. I did my research and the Black view BV6200 is the best deal smokin for the money. It has tons of features, an ultra high capacity battery, 13,000mah!, that’s not a typo. It’s waterproof, drop proof, dust proof, and fool proof. Very happy with my purchase .

Bought this cell phone back un February for my husband because he works in construction so I thought of getting him something heavy duty. By April the phone started having screen issues. I tried to return it and I couldnât because I only had like a month to return it.

Durable Phone
 I was looking for a phone that I could use for our camping and other adventure, that we will be using as a gps or just an extra phone. It looks cargo and cool. Itâs heavy and waterproof. This is good for people who likes to go on hikes and camping since itâs hard proof as well and it doesnt look breakable compare to high end Iphones. For $160+ itâs worth the price. Great buy.

This is a heavy phone but thats because it has an amazing battery life. I used it as my primary navigation aid for a 2600km bike ride on roads and tracks the length of Vietnam. Four days one time without a charge.Its possible to read the large screen with maps, texts, emails & conduct whattsapp meetings while on the move in the strong sunlight with sun-glasses on. I dropped it, the roads were often dire, it rained hard. It did not miss a beat once. I found the Jumkeet Bike Phone Holder was also bullet proof, even in the rain on a really rough track the holder did not slide around despite the weight of the phone

 Second Edit: Customer service were very helpful and offered me a full refund without having to return the product which was well appreciated :)Edit: For some reason all the text in my scathing review got deleted before the review was approved.Overall the running of the phone’s operating system is slow and and it really struggles to load webpages and apps. I was expecting that kind of slowness but it is also seriously glitchy and janky, doesn’t register screen touches, and freezes on a regular basis.Phone does have large battery capacity but the top 40% drains very fast compared to the final 60%. This got noticeably worse over the 2 months I owned the phone before it died without explanation. I never overnight charged it during that time.The phone gets VERY hot when charging and is kinda scary. DO NOT charge this in bed and fall asleep, girl that is how you start a house fire.I only paid £130 for the phone and to be honest I was okay with it for that price, despite the many flaws. I wanted something that is functional, waterproof, and resistant to drops, which I thought is what I got. However phone screen suddenly and unexpectedly became violently ill (please see video) and now it’s unusable… after only 2 months of gentle indoor use, having never been dropped, never subjected to any stress of any kind… for a phone to fail under those conditions, while I am in the middle of looking at lego sets online, is unacceptable.

Me lo compré porque me gusta mucho hacer acampadas y excursiones a la montaña con los niños. Es robusto, tiene buena recepción de antena, el volumen es una pasada, buena linterna, y además con la baterÃa que tiene no me preocupo de irme varios dÃas de acampada.No he comprobado su resistencia a caÃdas ni al agua pero tampoco tengo intencion, pero la verdad se le ve con buena calidad y buenos acabados. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque pesa mucho pero con la baterÃa que tiene es normal.
