Pretty good
This phone is exactly what I was looking for. It came unlocked. It was simple to use and not huge like a tablet, the only problem is that I missed the part where it said T-Mobile only. I assumed that it would work in metro because they are owned by T-Mobile, it doesn’t. I put it in my brother’s phone to play with it, that how I know how good it is. So I can either switch to T-Mobile or send the phone back, I opted to return the phone

Could NEVER get it to work. ((Please Read))
I purchased this phone for my 10 yr old kid as a “TESTER” phone.Positive: The phone looks/feel good and sturdy considering the price point, it came in a nice box with charging cable, power brick and a nice protective case for the phone.Negative: I have never had SO many issues trying to set up a phone. I recived it last night (1/17) and began what normally is a few minutes of set up. All seemed to be going ok until the phone shut down and restarted itself about 75% into the setup, and gave me the image(s) in this post. I assume it was user error so decided to do it all-over again; 4 more time, later, at approximately the same completion percentage, it did the same thing – I tried one final time and finally it worked! Let the phone rest over night and today, when setting up some apps for my kid, the phone froze in the middle of logging into Spotify, it restarted and gave me the same erro message I received 4 time yesterday.Maybe we go a Lemon, but regardless I will be returning it first thing to morning.Again, it appears to be a pretty good phone (if it works) but I also have to realize and taken into consideration what I paid for it.Please be cautious, and if you purchase this phone, I hope it works as intended for you.-Mike

This phone doesnât work with Verizon. I took it there and the SIM card from Verizon wonât fit.
I love it since itâs a great phone. Itâs working and you can have great reception.

Excellent customer service!!
Great phone excellent price. I got a defective unit which happens with many purchases,not big issue but I sent message to seller. I got an immediate return kit. Best part is after I did return they mailed out a new phone before I had to return defect, now that’s Customer service at its best. Replacement Phone works perfect it’s a quick easy to use no issues at all. I’ve bought more expensive phones that didn’t work this good for much more. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Great device
This phone is quite useful. Takes decent pictures, adjusts for lighting and is lightweight.Although it was manufactured after 2018, it does not allow for the use of an e-sim which can very useful while traveling in Asia.If this phone had e-sim capabilities I would give it a 5 star.

This server is purpose in terms of the emergency phone because that is all it does best; swiping is so slow, yet the screen and button are sensitive, it does not accept all Bluetooth connections, and the internet might as well be a foreign concept. Do you have the best internet in the world? This phone makes you think you have wasted your money. Then there was apps sorry “did not come with the phone” app; installing the app is easy opening it is no different to the internet connection, so if you do get this phone, know it is only suitable for calls, slow slow text and very few apps

Terrible product and customer service
I ordered two of these phones and BOTH of them came with same problem. They are stuck in a crash loop and the only options are factory reset or try again…. both loop back to the same screen. I called BLU and they told me to hard reset and that should solve it…. obviously not. They sent me to warranty department and they repeated over and over to go through amazon. The time frame is up and Amazon won’t let me do anything besides trouble shoot or contact seller. These phones are complete trash and I’m stuck in a loop as well and can’t get them replaced or my money back.
