    Worked great on stains
My 16 year old sits in the back and i didn’t realize how much gross stuff he was getting on the seat. I swear he must have been wiping his fingers on it. I freaked when i saw how dirty it was.Hint to women: Don’t let the men and boys clean the vehicle. My husband spilled grape juice on his seat and asked me what to do. Um, research! So i decided to see what works best according to the experts. Then reviews. Then not trusting him to take his time (Hey that should have been my clue that he would ignore the dirty back seat.) I went to work. Thinking i only had one seat that needed extra attention.Let’s just say that they were lucky that i went to a place with a car shampooer/vac when i found the mess.I said quite a few words that would make a sailor blush as i vaccuumed and then proceeded to use this.I followed the suggestions that i had gotten. Used a brush to work this in. I honestly didn’t expect a vast improvement. But i got one.Now the seats were not perfect. I didn’t have as much time to devote to then as i would have liked. I am hopeful that when things calm down a 2nd and 3rd cleaning will do even more. But they were so much better that i was amazed that it didn’t take me 3 or 4 rounds to get there. So i am a fan! My son is a fan because he didn’t have to pay for seat covers which is what was in store for him if his seat hadn’t cleaned up as well as it did. My husband is a fan because his beloved Cran Grape juice hasn’t been banned from the van.

    This stuff is magic!
This needs to be diluted. I recommend the stronger dilution for heavy duty cleaning I also want to add this did not sudd for me. I did end up using an extractor though about twice with clean water.

    Surprised
I was concerned after reading the comments. I had spilled my bosses entire Mocha Latte in the passenger seat of my Camry. Luckily my seats are black, but there was still a stain and the smell! Gross!! Had my husband mix this like it said, 20/1 it didn’t sud up like I expected, bought one of their brushes as well, first pass coffee gone!Husband wanted me to try the seat of his 95 Nissan pick up he takes back and forth for work, 29 year old grey seats, took the stain almost right out barely any scrub, he will need to use the 8/1 dilution ratio for his seat but, works great!

Wasn’t effective for me. Resoiled quickly. .
I was pretty disappointed, given all the high marks and good reviews here.I have an ivory Subaru cloth interior. I keep a pretty clean car, but over the years noticed it was dirtier than it could be.The first recommended dilution didn’t get things very clean or cut through the light grime – probably from sweat and body, including that caused by seat heater use more than anything. It foamed very very little, despite being labeled a foaming cleaner.I upped the dilution fairly gradually, still with pretty pretty poor effectiveness. So I went to somewhere around 10 or 8 to 1 strength. The solution is a pretty sticky soap when wet.I scrubbed with brushes, terry towels, and microfiber towels. Worked real hard, rinsed with a wet microfiber towel and dried it off to get as much soap out as best I could. I got it looking pretty good, but the solution was still not fully cleaning the seat despite a lot of effort and not being that dirty to begin with. When dry it was no longer sticky.About two weeks later, my driver’s seat looked dirty. Again, I suspect body moisture and body oils, but it looked pretty bad for recently being cleaned. I assume the residue got sticky again as body sweat vapors moistened it up..I found a concentrated all-purpose cleaner at the Dollar Store called Awesome. I was having great results with it around the house, and on dirt scuffs and build up in the car. I decided to try it on the auto upholstery. A test indicated absolutely no problems with fabric damage or color loss. I used it in diluted form to reclean the driver’s seat. And WOW! Easy effort, cut right through the dirt, no stickiness like the Chem Guys product, and it left my seats looking gorgeous for a buck and a half. That reinforced my sense that the Chem Guys Citrus Shampoo was really nothing special, way too much work, and leaves too sticky a residue at the dilution rate I needed to get the job sort of done.

Wow, worked way better than espected
My son had an open ink pen in his back pack and for about a month of getting in and out my car seat had at least 30 pen marks before I noticed it. I also had a coffee stain in my passenger seat. I followed the instructions on the bottle and used theBrush that came with it and 15 min later the seats were clean. Far exceeded my expectations, when I run I’ll be buying it again

It does clean the fabric but not thoroughly. The chemical smell is very strong, make sure well ventilated when use. For the price, I expect it works better

I bought a 3 year old Toy RAV4 that was deodorized with a powder. After 5 years, I started to notice this sour milk like smell in different spots in RAV4 – rear rug, front passenger rug, and driver seat back. I followed the instructions for applying the “Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner” including using a soft brush to work it in. This was followed by using the upholstery feature on the Hoover rug cleaner. The entire RAV-ie is super clean.
