Smudges and smears like crazy
Wow â one of the smudgiest eyeliners on the market! I tried using it with and without primer, with and without setting powder, with and without concealer⦠every way conceivable, but it smudges under my eyes within minutes and when I wipe it off it just smudges again and continues to smudge throughout the day. Thank goodness it was cheapâ¦

I love the way this eyeliner Goes on and stays put!
I love with this eyeliner that it can be a very thin line or a heavy line. You can smudge it and make it very soft. It’s very very workable and I love it!

One use – disappointed
The eyeliner tip fell out of the top of the plastic part before I even used it. I put it on once. I tried to touch it up later in the day because it did rub off and I had forgotten about the issue in the morning. It fell out again and rolled under something and I could not find it. Threw away my useless empty product.

I bought this eyeliner because itâs elf but it is not good for older women. It tugs and pulls on the eyes and it smears. Not very pigmented and It doesnât last long either. Maybe works better on young women. Disappointed.

Broken
When it arrived it was broken, when I opened it by taking the top (lid) I twisted it and nothing was in it . Then I saw it fall from the inside the lid ð very disappointed and there is not a lot of product. I tried to make it work by putting the peice back but it moves and falls out easily unless I only leave a little tiny amount over for me to apply

Easy to apply in a precise way and is long-lasting. Not easy to wash off so an oil based makeup remover is needed. I love Elf products, they are cleaner than many makeup products though not completely organic.

Been looking for a cheaper dupe for my Mac eyeliner, many claim to be waterproof and stay put but many many have failed.Apart from this one.I have oily lids, and other than Mac âBlack trackâ nothing has actually stayed put, so I ordered this on a whim as Iâve never tried it. Very happy to say itâs brilliant. Goes on easily, blends too if youâre quick, but more importantly with my oily lids and hay fever running it stayed the distance Iâm very impressed, well done ELF!

I really do like this liner, it checks all of my boxes. It’s cheap, works perfectly, smooth, waterproof, smudge proof, waterproof, but easy to remove with waterproof makeup remover.Sadly I’ve realized it’s what has been making my eyes so itchy.
