The BEST thing ever
This is my first robot vacuum and I’m OBSESSED. I can’t believe the amount of dust, dirt and dog hair this little guy picks up. My floors have never looked and felt so great! I have the mode set to detect the difference between hard floor and carpet, and he switches to extra suction automatically when on the rugs. There’s no issue transitioning from hardwoods to rugs, and he backs up and gives himself a boost when needed to get over floor grates or to move onto slightly higher surfaces. The app is intuitive and super easy to use — I’d mapped the house and created rooms in no time. And I can see where the vac is/has gone easily.I debated whether to get a model with a self-emptying option and am glad I went with the basic option — I love seeing just how much gunk and grit is picked up after each job (which is an absurd amount for a single person with one very-shedding dog). The roller brush and filter are easy to clean, and I appreciate that I can rinse and reuse the filter pieces (after they dry) instead of having to buy replacements. The battery life has been great, and I haven’t had any issues with him not making it back to the base to recharge when needed (a common complaint I’d heard from friends was that their vac always seemed to die in the worst spots, like under the middle of the bed). I recently found the “x2” mode that sends the vac north-south through a room then again east-west when you need extra-thorough cleaning. I also like that I can create a “zone” in a room that I can the vac to for quick spot cleaning — like the entry at the front door and in front of the stove and sink in the kitchen. The vac navigates around furniture like a champ, and maneuvers in gentle ways that clean as much surface as possible even when there’s an obstacle. My couches are too low for him to glide under, so I tip them every couple of weeks or to give access to the floor underneath.Bottom line: this vac is GREAT, totally worth the price, and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it!

This thing is great we have 2 super shedder dogs that blow their coats in the spring and running this every 12 hours has really kept the dog fur tumbleweeds to a minimum. We have always had issues keeping up with the fur output but it’s taken care of now. The hair cutter also works great never any hair or fur wrapped around the bristles just the very ends need to be cleaned once a week or so,The only cons I see are on max power the battery drains over 1% a minute if you have a larger house you will need to run the power lower or it will need to recharge in between rooms. The filter on the dustbin is also a little on the small side so it will require cleaning more often. Likewise the dust bags in the base are not huge so we nearly filled it in a week vs the advertised 60 days when the dogs were shedding this spring. The base is also loud, like industrial shop vac loud when emptying the robot.With that said it still gets 5 stars from me, it cleans the tons of dog fur incredibly well, the app works good. It avoids everything it could get stuck/tangled in. Running it on the second highest suction it still cleans just as good and has 50% battery left when done as we have alot of hard floor. The self emptying works great just a little loud, the hair cutter works excellent and it goes at least a week without any intervention, 10 minutes of cleaning the robot a week for all the hours of vacuuming is a great trade.Will be looking at the Eufy X10 Omni in the near future when we want a mopping robot!

 Our one bedroom apartment does become dirty very quickly having 2 cats and a dog. This little beauty cleans the hair and small particles left behind by our pets and us. It can maneuver in very tight spaces and it’s AI is very intelligent and can detect the obstacles’ and makes it path toward the open spaces. It is not noisy to the level that it will be uncomfortable. We cleaned the dirt bag with ease and then put it back it with just pushing it inside. The little comb that comes with it to brush off the dust and hair is very handy and nice touch.

I bought this vacuum after our old Deebot Robot Vacuum broke, and needed a new one that doesn’t break the bank. (Warning, once you have a Robot Vacuum, you can’t live without one anymore!)This little guy is a fraction of the price of other, more “famous” brands (you know which one I mean), while providing impressive performance. You can adjust the suction power, and also choose the Auto Boost mode, where it increases the suction when it goes over carpets. We have a cat and the robot has no problem picking up fur and dirt from all surfaces.The only reason I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars is because the app could be improved. It works great for things like adding no-go zones and boundaries, but the function of dividing your map into different rooms is limited: it won’t allow you to create rooms under a certain size, so I had to group my bathroom together with my hallway and group my kitchen with my dining area. Also, my apartment is oriented towards south-east, and so the floor plan map shows up on a 45 degree angle in the app, while the squares you draw up for zone cleaning only work in 90 degree angles. This is a bit complicated to explain if you don’t see how the app works, but the bottom line is, the app works, it’s just a bit clunky, and I hope they’ll keep improving it!
