Worked great introducing new cat
I got this to help ease the transition for my seven year old cat to adjust to the new kitten. When I first brought the kitten home, my cat was not happy. I overnighted this and plugged it in immediately. Once they met face to face a few days later, my older cat had calmed down and accepted the kitten. Now they play and run around together, and there have been no fights.The plug-in itself is very easy to use. My only complaint is that the diffuser part is so large that I canât plug anything else into the outlet. And although this seems to have eased the initial tension, Iâm not sure I will purchase the refills because they are very expensive. Once this one runs out, I will see how they do and then decide. Overall, though, I would recommend this as I believe it has played a bit role in my cat and kitten getting along so well right away.

We have two cats. They are not related. One male and one female , both are fixed. They have lived harmoniously for the past three years. Recently they were behaving as if they didnât know each other and obviously threatened by the other. It was out of nowhere. We could not understand why. We got extra litter boxes, adjusted feeding stations and got separate water fountains. Saw the vet for exam and blood work. Both are healthy. Nothing seemed to help. Then one day as we were eating dinner a yowl came from our cat at the sliding door. She was screaming at a stray cat on the outside who was behaving as if he owned our porch and was not fazed one bit by my cat or our presence. This cat makes several appearances weekly and really wants to come in our house. Heâs so sweet and friendly. Mr stray would move right on in like a professional squatter. He is not welcome to our cats so unfortunately his situation is unchanged. We will keep an eye on him as best we can. Cats are so sensitive to outside scents and other cats they donât know. So obviously the source of discontent is the happy stray. I purchased three felaway multi cat diffusers and with in a day of them being installed we noticed huge differences. My cats have hissed once and they are so much more comfortable and relaxed and are back to trilling and talking and just being playful loving cats. I think we still have to be careful with them being so affected by the scent of the stray but what a great product. If you are on the fence about trying this product donât hesitate to try it. Worse case scenario is it doesnât help and you can return the unused product. I hope this is helpful to someone.

Calm your kitties!!
I recently lost the oldest of my three cats, which as you can imagine left my remaining two cats very upset at the sudden change. They were hissing and starting to really go after each other. Itâs been about 24 hours now and the change is totally obvious. They arenât ready to snuggle and may not ever be, but thatâs ok. This isnât a magic potion to make all cats get along, but thereâs been no cat fights! I only took one star off because itâs kinda hard to plug a second cord into an outlet thatâs got one of these bad boys in it. Also keep in mind this wonât help with a cats aggression towards humans, only cat on cat crime, in summary 9 toe beans out of 10! ^..^

Didn’t work for my cats
I wanted this product to work so bad, unfortunately, it didn’t. I foster and own many cats. Unfortunately, my oldest Queen cat does not like anyone. I found her as a feral at 3 weeks and she had single kitten syndrome. Even though I watch all the cats closely she is the one that causes a lot of conflicts with the other cats. The first day I plugged in the products all the cats went to the plug and started smelling around. I had hoped this was the first step for them all to get along and have no fights. Unfortunately, three days later all the fighting started again. For three days there were no fights. The cats laid around the plug-in and just chilled. I was so excited it had worked! Sadly I only had 3 days of bliss. After the 3 days the cats no longer looked at the plug and started fighting like crazy. I even unplugged and plugged it back in to help reinvigorate it, but it never worked for my cats again. Maybe my street cats will always be feral thugs and that’s why this didn’t work on them. I hope this works for others.

I was skeptical, but it worked!
I have an older cat who was a rescue, and recently had to take in a young cat from a relative who could no longer keep him. Both are neutered males. As soon as we took in the new cat, the older cat began spraying around the house. The two cats also got into occasional scuffles. I was at wit’s end when my wife saw an ad for Feliway on the TV. I was skeptical, especially seeing mixed reviews around the web, but purchased two in the hopes it would help. I was amazed. Both cats calmed down the first night we used Feliway. Both the spraying and the fighting stopped. I was quite amazed!A note about the photo: One of the Feliway diffusers is in our bedroom, and I found the “on” light to be too bright for me at night, but a small piece of electrical tape over the main part of the light fixed that for me. A note about smoking and leaking reported in some other reviews: So far neither unit has leaked. There was a tiny bit of smoke from the diffusers when we first plugged them in, but that stopped almost immediately.

Totally shocked
Never did I imagine this would work.My two female house cats have lived together perfectly fine for the last 6 years. A stray female showed up and they would hiss at her and occasionally at each other if she was around. One day she snuck inside and got into it with my younger female, in that same day my senior female was sitting in the window and she jumped up from the outside. This commotion cause my two inside to go at each other like feral cats in a fight. It was so stressful the week after, they couldnât be in the same room anymore. I tried calling treats before this but none did the trick.This thing has worked like a charm. Literally, one day later it was like old times between them. I even bought a second one for another room in the house just to be on the safe side.

TenÃa que mis dudas si este producto ayudarÃa a mis gatos y la verdad he quedado gratamente complacida, mi gato se ha relajado y se ha calmado su agrecividad, la orina ha disminuido y ya es un poco mas amable con el gato nuevo que es muy docil. Además compre el Feliway spray y limpie muy bien donde marcaron con detergente para ropa y alcohol antes de usar los productos. Ayuda, los recomiendo mucho.

I’ve had the same experience as the previous reviewer. I’ve tried this twice and the pluggy melted off both times. The first time the fumes from the burnt pluggy were very intense and I’d left the cats alone in a closed room while I answered the door. I must’ve been away for like two minutes and when I came back I could smell the burning outside the door. When I opened the door the whole room was filled with smoke and my poor kitties dashed out of the room. I was horrified I thought the room was on fire.The second time I tried it in a different house in a different city. Thought i’d give it another try cos the previous melt could’ve happened because of faulty wiring or something in my previous apartment.The same thing happened again – it melted and burned. This time I was vigilant though after the previous experience and switched the thing off the moment I started smelling burnt plastic. Even in such a short while part of the refill got burnt as well and is unusable.I see SO many reviews speak about this burning issue on amazon.com. I wonder why the company hasn’t done anything about it.
