Used the bolts on my 2000 Toyota Solara, worked fine.
Several of the bolts holding the pan below the radiator were rusted beyond use or broken after removal to replace the radiator. Ordered this kit, the bolts worked as intended and replaced all of them. It also worked for the plastic guards next to the pan.

secure splash shield fasteners
When I bought the splash shield for my 2018 Civic, I also bought these fasteners as well as the proper set–these screw-type fasteners are meant for an older model Civic. BUT, because there was some damage to the surrounding huge plastic piece to which the splash shield attaches, my mechanic used a couple of these screw-type clips rather than the exact replacement 1/4-turn type–very secure solution and saved $hundreds by not having to replace the huge plastic part.
