My go-to pan
I’ve fallen in love with HexClad! This pan is so versatile – you can use it on gas, electric, or induction cooktops – and is so easy to clean by hand or in a dishwasher. Plus, you can use metal utensils with no fear of scratching. Easy care instructions are on HexClad’s website, but their pans are virtually foolproof. This pan isn’t cheap, but it’s well made, has a good weight, and heats quickly and evenly. It’s a good size for skillet meals. I didn’t get a lid thinking I’d use a 12″ flat lid from my old cookware set. However, the lip around the lid didn’t let it sit properly on the pan so I ordered a HexClad lid for those times I needed one. Again, not cheap but I love it.

Cast Iron Convert
I love cast iron, but moving a large cast iron skillet full of food is getting to be too much for my wrists. I wanted something that cooked like cast iron, cleaned like nonstick and was no heavier then stainless steel. I was worried about the cost, but I caught the 14″ wok on sale and I am so happy I did!Pros:1) cooks beautiful and evenly at every temperature.2) extremely easy to clean, including when cooking at high temperatures with sugary sauce3) durable: I have chopped ground meat roughly with a metal spatula with no damage. Gently used steel wool with no scratching. I haven’t had any need to give it hard scrub, but it seems like it would handle it just fine.4) Oven safe up to 500 degrees!5) light weight6) large domed lid with glass viewing window is included with the 14″ wokLimitations:1) While the wok is dishwasher safe, realistically the 14″ wok is too big for a dishwasher. But, it handwashes easily, so it doesn’t matter.2) Lid is only oven safe up to 400 degrees.3) It’s expensive. (But in my opinion, it IS worth the price.)I have only had the pan for a few weeks. I will update this review if the pan fails in less than 3 years.

Well made, great quality, pretty design
This HexClad non stick wok is so pretty, stylish and very well made. Even though itâs non stick, it is recommended to use small amount of oil to season the wok before first use, and this hybrid wok will perform better and better as it continues to season. The wok heats up quickly, I cooked some dishes with this wok, only on first use, thereâs area that food get stuck on the wok but after the first time the wok works better. The handle size is great, it seems strong as well. I like that the wok is not too heavy and also not too light neither. It comes with lifetime warranty from HexClad. This wok is dishwasher safe, but I have not tried placing it in dishwasher yet, only hand washing so far, so easy to clean. Overall I love this wok.

Best wok ever
This wok did not disappoint. I am a stay at home Asian mom who cooks on a daily basis and I have gone through several woks which did not seem to last. I like the size, durability and versatility of this wok. I have used it to stir fry, deep fry and steam. I know it is dishwasher safe but I usually handwash the wok since it’s bulkiness takes up too much space in my dishwasher. The dome shape lid and its ability to see through is an added bonus! I am so pleased with my purchase.

Worth the money
We were a little hesitant to spend this much money on a pan but after falling for so many gimmicks on cheaper models we decided to give this a try. We love it only wish I bought it long ago. Cooks great, even heat and nothing sticks to it. Best product on Amazon

Sturdy and well built
I love my wok. I use it to make everything. The handles never get hot or the lid handle. Easy to clean I put it in the dishwasher or sometime wash it by hand.

Pricey but its worth every penny
I bought this wok to make stir-fries and other dishes for my family. I like that it has two layers of stainless steel and a nonstick surface. It is very durable and easy to clean. It also heats up evenly and quickly. It works with my induction cooktop and it is oven-safe. It has a stay-cool handle that is comfortable to hold.I gave it 4 stars because it has some flaws. It is very heavy and large, and it takes up a lot of space in my kitchen. It also needs some seasoning before using, or else the food will stick. It is also very expensive, and I think there are cheaper options that can do the same job.But overall, I am happy with this wok. It is a versatile and high-quality cookware that can handle a lot of cooking. It makes my food taste better and more fun. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to cook with a wok.

I have had the large Hexclad frying pan for a year and absolutely love it. Was excited to see the sale and be able to buy the wok. The pan is heavy enough that it retains and distributes heat better than my old non-stick wok. The 10â size is bigger than I expected. I can easily make sturdy for 2, possibly more depending on appetites. I have never had any issues with food sticking in these pans – followed the seasoning instructions first on both. Highly recommend.

I didnât pay much attention to the size of this wok⦠35cm is massive⦠it sits on my wok burner and hangs over all the other rings on my hob.Despite the size I opted to keep it as its fantastically non stick and has excellent heat distribution. So far havenât been able to get anything to stick to it (incl scrambled eggs) and it rinses clean under hot water.
