TV width – Measure from the left to the right of the TV (including the frame area around the screen).

So glad I ordered
I live in hurricane country. This was my first year living here and after a very wet, rainy summer along with one hurricane, I wanted to protect the outdoor televisions. Both are under the roofline on the patio, but it rains sideways down here yâall. After preparing for the hurricane by using leaf bags tied around the TVâs, I stumbled on these covers. Who knew? Of course I never had outdoor televisions before moving to the South, so naturally I was clueless about the invention of covers! Anyway, I just received the covers this morning and decided to try one out. Itâs brilliant! Easy to put onâ¦well other than having to stand on a stepladder, but thatâs not the coverâs fault. Okay, back to the review. Both of my TVâs are 42â diagonally, which meant I needed the 36â-39â covers. This is important! You have to follow the measurement instructions when ordering or youâll wind up with a flappy loose cover! The covers are a perfect fit, with a bit of room left over, which I believe is important to allow the television to âbreatheâ in the humid climate. There is velcro down the sides, along the bottom and of course on the flaps in the back. The television in the pictures is a rear wall mount, and the flaps worked fine to close around it. The other television is on a drop ceiling mount so there wonât be any issue with the flaps closing (havenât put it on yet). There is a nice sized remote control pocket with a Velcro flap closure on the back of the cover. Iâve read some reviews about these not having any lining. They do not have lining but there is nothing in the material that will damage your screen. It is soft and there are no seams across the screen area. I suppose if itâs a huge concern you could wrap the television in a sheet or towel first, but itâs honestly not necessary. All in all, Iâm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend to protect your investment.

Great TV cover!
I’m using this to cover my 40″ TV on the outdoor patio and it’s worked great so far. TV is completely dry after a crazy rain storm and I love the addition of the remote pouch. Would recommend.

Lasted about 3 years, weak velcro stitching
I bought this 46-48″ cover around 3 years ago and it has come time to replace it. I’m going to replace it with the same one because it fits mt 46″ LG TV nearly perfectly and has held up to the elements well, all things considered. After 3 years of baking in the indirect sun, getting indirectly rained on, and an extreme icy winter, it has faded quite a bit and the stitching holding the Velcro is starting to fray a bit in places but the Velcro is still holding. My TV still looks great.For the twenty some-odd dollars it cost, it has kept my TV looking new so I feel like I got my money’s worth.Pros:-Looks nice, good fit of my particular LG TV-Pocket holder for remote/cords-Kept my TV looking new, and protected well from indirect elements (under the patio roof, but at the edge of the patio where it was often exposed to direct/indirect sun, blowing rain, and the cold.Cons:-Good fit for my 46″ LG TV (I ensured the measurements were close before purchase)-Stitching may start to come out loose over time, but it’s still good enough that it still seals up well-Tedious to get on/off depending on how high you mount it. It’s necessary to get around the scissor mounts, but wish it was a little easier to get on/off.Note: The pictures are after 3 years of use, so keep that in mind. I don’t have any pictures of it when new, but it does look quite good when new.

This is a must if you have a TV outside. We installed one on our patio. It is protected by the roof and over hang but vulnerable to the elements. My Sister suggested that we get a cover. So of course I went to Amazon and here we are. We get wind, snow, rain and soon heat. For the price itâs super reasonable.
