Not oily
Hard to find eye makeup remover these days, great for travel and fits in medicine cabinets. Removes eye makeup quickly with no oily base.

WORKS GREAT FOR REMOVAL OF MAKEUP
I use a round cotton pad that has ridges on one side – which helps getting the makeup off my eyes, but I have used this product for years and like nit. It does not burn my eyes, it does not dry out my skin (70 year old woman) and it is not terribly expensive.

Removes lash primer easily without tugging and pulling
This stuff takes off my mascara AND eyelash primer. Primer is like super glue for mascara. That stuff is HARD to get off lashes. With this product, thereâs no pulling or tugging on the sensitive skin around eyes. I just use a cotton round, coat it and lay the round on my lashes for 20-30 seconds to soak a little. Then I GENTLY rub the mascara and primer right off. Works great!! This does leave a bit of an oily residue that Im not fond of but itâs not a deal breaker. I simply rinse it off. No big deal. Iâm left with fresh clean eyes and no irritation.Iâve not used this on the rest of my face so I have no comment on how it works or feels on the rest of my skin. I specifically bought this in hopes it removed my âglueâ lash primer.Also, thereâs a separation in the bottle. Make sure you shake it well before use.

I’d say it’s good for removing daily light makeup, but when it comes to taking off eyeshadow, I need something that really gets the job done effectively, even though it’s not irritating at all.

Doesnât remove waterproof mascara well, but it takes off everything else easily. I use 2-3 cotton pads, and the bottle lasts about 2 months at least. Just shake it well before use, even shake it again before using another cotton pad.
