This makeup set is good for preteens or teens that are just starting to use makeup. It pretty much has all the basics they will need to follow tutorials etc. I wish there was more colors in it , as it seems most colors are very neutral beige and creams. But it does allow them to experiment with “real” makeup and not the child sets that are very patchy and sparse. I like that it comes in an all contained case for travel or sleepovers. Is it high quality makeup ? No . But its not bad and the pigmentation is much better than most drug store eyeshadows. Plus it has everything they need all in one convenient case . Great gift !!
