Won’t transfer.
Second time buying this, will definitely buy it again. Lasts long on skin. The only down side is, it’s short. Will last you only a month depending on how often you use it.

This is terrible liner. The tip is so thin it breaks whenever i tried to use it. The line is too thin. Not worth it.

I really love this eyeliner! It goes on smoothly it stays on all day it doesnât bleed which I love. My only issue is it will break on you so you must be very careful and the tube is quite small so for this price I just buy two at a time.

I’m not sure how this one made it through quality control. No matter how gently you try to apply, it breaks off. You lose so much of the pencil on each use. It seriously only lasted me one week!The only positive thing I can say is that I did like the fine line it created once you actually got it on.
