Nespresso is the best! Buy this machine if you love coffee and espressoe!
We had a Keurig that I bought last year for my guest room and it broke ($90). Then I returned the device and got a new one. Then the new K machine broke, so when my husband suggested Nespresso I wasn’t open to it at first. He order this basic model and some coffee pods. I love the coffee! It taste amazing and I love that we can chose smaller espresso pods too! This is easy to use, light weight, easy to set up, and the pods are recyclable! Who could ask for anything more? I’m gonna get one for my mom for mother’s day.

I bought my Nespresso machine a few months ago. I am glad I made the purchase. I make a latte almost every morning. It is easy to use and makes great espresso.

Great taste, easy to use
Bought this machine on sale with a 30 pack of Carmel, vanilla, and Hazelnut pods for a little less than the price of the the machine alone. The machine makes excellent coffee compared to a K-cup machine. The difference in flavor and quality would be like comparing VHS to DVD, or more like comparing VHS to Bluray if you are old enough to get the reference. I bought a cheep $36 electric milk frother to go with it and I am ecstatic with the results. I love the crema that this machine produces.The machine came with a sample kit, and a $10 coupon if you order directly from the Nespresso web site. The machine is one touch because it reads barcodes on the pods. Keurig tried this when they went to the Keurig 2 and was not very popular because people had a bunch of pods that could not be used in their new machines.The only cons that I can see is the price of the pods and Nespresso being proprietary with their pods (this is a good thing as it ensures the quality, and bad if Nespresso ever goes out of business). I would recommend buying the pods from Nespresso directly, as the pods are the same price and they include samples of coffee.I still use the Keurig, because I have a boatload of K-cups, but once I start running out of those and have a ready supply of the Nespresso pods I can see the Keurig being retired. Nespresso pods are around $125 pod, and K-cups are around $.55 a pod. For quality and enjoyability the Nespresso is worth the price difference, especially if you are able to find a flavor you enjoy.

Great Bold Flavor
My girlfriend and I love this. I switch back and forth every other day from Keurig coffee to the stronger brew that the Nespresso makes. She drinks this every day all day.As far as making fancy coffee drinks like you get at Starbucks, this is hands down the best option because after adding your flavors and cream and or milk, ice etc… you can still taste the strong flavor of the espresso.No complaints. It was a good purchase.

Dishonest delivery promise!!
LIES!!!! One day delivery My @##. This is how they trick you into buying from them! Now delayed two more days! If it was just a day…..stuff happens. But two more days???? That’s just a LIE! Two stars is very generous! One day delivery was the ONLY reason I bought this or I could have just picked it up myself!UPDATE: Showed up today (two days instead of three) I can now say stuff happens. Raised review to 5 stars. I do love the coffee. My last Nespresso machine lasted about 8 years.

New Operation Program and Control System, No Spinning Lights Of Doom
Programming totally new compared to 3 yr old, Vertuo Plus. That machine went into a de-calcification death spiral – the 10 step process, which had worked many times – finally demanded more and more de-calcification, occasionally allowing one cup to be brewed before the yellow-orange light demanded more…..The POP has one button, one light, operation is simple, lid is manual (the Vertuo Plus used to lock down the lid at times in it’s decal frenzy). Output could be a little hotter, but 10 seconds in a microwave can solve that. Haven’t de-calcified yet, seems optional, the machine apparently doesn’t shut down demanding it. If you use purified water, your machine doesn’t really need it.

Nespresso vertuo issues since I bought it.
I bought the Nespresso Vertuo as a Christmas gift, for my Wife. It came with some sample coffee pods, everything went well, after the 5th cup of coffee, it started having issues, red light would come on, or when pressed the button for it to brew a cup, it would keep running and never would brew coffee pod, also you cannot find any other brand of coffee to use for this machine. due to the round shape of the pods, I even bought the descaler to clean it, I just got tired of waiting and or messing with the machine to get a cup of coffee, that should only take a few minutes to make, I have spoken so far with 5 different consumer that had the same bad experience. I hope you can make a better-quality product, so consumers don’t waist their money. Thank you for your time, Louis Grant
