Defective bottle
The product does make your skin feel smooth after applying and absorbs good and doesn’t burn your eyes like other products i have used..Just had a problem with the gold metal screw on top coming loose after 4 days of using and it spilled on my pillow case and my sheet. I Contacted the seller about the issue and asked if they had a smaller sample size they could send me to replace what i had lost after the spill. They told me it was vacuumed sealed from Spain and it was very hard to loosen up!! And if I had contacted them the same day it happened they would’ve replaced..I even told them I had pictures I took that night of it on my bedding..But I guess it was my fault I didn’t contact them right away, but I was busy!! After taking off the pump glass cover and putting back on I guess it loosened up and I never messed with it and didn’t know it even screwed on or off..So if you purchase this product make sure the gold metal top is secure..I either received a defective bottle or the vacuum seal didn’t hold up..They wouldn’t replace the product..Thank God I had Amazon Prime and they issued me a refund..I want to use the product to see if it does help with age spots, but want to be able to get all the product that is in the bottle?
