Easy to use and works great.
You buy this if youâre tired of overpaying for cable service and donât need any fancy functions. I just wanted to use my WiFi and get TV service and use apps fast. Did not want anything fancy.,I hooked this up to a LED TV purchased over 5 years ago using a HDMI port. Was easy to install and the hardware/software worked without any issues straight out of the box..The Roku unit is small and you can attach to your TV or the console/furniture using double sided sticker that is supplied..Remote Control is very basic and straight forward. You use the Roku remote for Roku functions and you use your TV remote for your TV. The supplied remote is not programmable and is not universal. This was intended, because I did not want a fancy remote control and was not sure if any remote would support my older TV..NOTE: an outlet plug is needed that connects with the USB power cord which is supplied.

Works great like all of my Roku devices
I have 2 of these and a couple of the older versions. One that is over 10 years old is not working anymore as it wonât update anymore. The first Roku Express I got was about 2 years ago and still works great. I have a smaller tv that I put in the basement that I got this unit for so I can watch stuff while I work on misc projects. I grew up in the 60s so Ive seen all the Leave it to Beaver and Rifleman episodes many times but I find it comforting to have them playing as I work. I can asl access all my other movie channels with it. I like Roku and am familiar with it so these add on units are inexpensive, easy to hook up, and easy to use.

No power on/off function
Overall, these things are really handy! My only issue is that there is no way to turn it off. If it is plugged in, it is on. And the small device gets pretty warm. I’m sure modern Electronics are pretty safe to be left plugged in, but just wish it could be turned off when not in use. Was very easy to set up and consolidates all my streaming services in one easy to navigate menu. I feel it is a really good value. I bought a second one for the other bedroom, and highly recommend this for anyone who needs a quick cheap and easy streaming device.

Como siempre una interfaz fácil de usar, recomiendo buscarlo de oferta, pues su funcionamiento es básico, recomendable para la mayor parte de contenidos en straming, PERO no lo recomiendo si lo que te gusta es ver contenido de acción, pues en escenas de mucho movimiento puede llegar a verse pixelado, por lo demás es un buen aparato con excelente costo-beneficio

Definitivamente fue una excelente compra, por medio de Roku tengo acceso a más opciones en streaming (pelÃculas, series, programas gratuitos, etc), la imagen es muy nÃtida y es facil de operar con el control, voy a probar, pero es muy probable que en un tiempo cancele mi suscripción a televisión de paga.
