Great deal, don’t miss it
Probably the best deal you can get if you are looking for a combination of the five main pillars of a good phone: good camera, good performance, battery life, display, and great build. The sleek look and the curved display feels so real while watching a video or playing a game. The battery lasts a full day and a few more hours of continuous internet usage via wifi and a roughly straight 24 hours via mobile data. As you know you can always extend battery life by disabling location and/or lowering screen display resolution and/or closing unneeded running apps, which makes really good difference. I never used or preferred the facial recognition feature, so I cannot rate that accurately. I have a friend who owns an iphone x and they admitted how the camera pictures resolution is better and more vivid. I recommend buying it if you’re an android loyal user who is looking for all the five pillars of a good phine. It is worth the money you pay for. Enjooooy (y)

What a Beast
Brand new Samsung Note 9 arrives on time and works right out of the box. At this price, the Note 9 is simply a beast and its S-Pen really sets it apart from other phones in the market right now. According to recent leaks, the upcoming Note 10 will have a front punch-hole camera (ugly notch) and no headphone jack. So, I think I will keep using this Note 9 for as long as I can.Note for potential buyers: this Note 9 is the International version (N960F) so it uses the Exynos CPU instead of the Snapdragon 845 one. Personally, I have no problems with Exynos CPU but some people complain that the Exynos will drain more battery while being slightly slower than the Snapdragon. Also keep in mind that Note 9 with Snapdragon can install ported Gcam (Google Camera app) very easily and becomes an even greater beast (Samsung Hardware + Google Camera Software). Note 9 with Exynos can only install a very limited port of Gcam. So if you are really into taking pictures or playing games, the Exynos version may not be the right one for you.

What an upgrade!!!
I love the battery life for this phone!!! It stays for so long…the camera is super nice. I love the design of the phone having upgraded from a Samsung S6. I am using the phone in Kenya and didn’t have an issue with network or registration. That said, I find the phone a bit too large and slightly heavier for my liking.

After One Year it still goes strong
Like with most newer models of phones, its a solid piece and would be really hard to change the battery once it drains out. This version has a micro expansion slot with two sim slots as well for international and local calling. The battery now drains quickly with 10% per hour, but this is from daily use and irregular charging throughout the year. The screen in the front and back are really strong, even after multiple drops on all kinds of surfaces, not a single scratch can be seen on this phone. And the sound quality is amazing with stereo sound from the bottom and the phone speaker. The screen quality is also superb with good color accuracy and takes great hi-def images.

Do not purchase!!!
Took a chance on this phone. Received fairly quickly, and seemed like a clean brand new phone. Spent two hours with T-Mobile trying to get phone to work on network. Text messages went through but no voice or data. Tried everything we could think of. Gave up and called Samsung. Samsung was able to verify the phone originated in Malaysia and such most likely was registered to and not released or unlocked from an unknown company. So we are sending it back about to jump on with customer service to request Return Order post paid since I was just issued an authorization to return but I have to pay for postage. Just add insult to injury, go figure

It’s a great phone… Great battery life… Really love the camera… The screen looks great… The 128 GB storage is great as base storage and is still expandable by adding a micro SD card… Love this phone…Won’t say it’s the best Android phone out there but it’s definitely the best Samsung out there at the moment…

Excellent buy
I needed to switch phones and this was an excellent buy. Unlocked. Great battery life and fast charge. Excellent performance. Ready for international travel with dual sim card slots. Delivered as expected with correct model. NOTE: It does come with an international wall plug in the box. However, Integron provided me with an adapter for the U.S., which I’m quite grateful for. My carrier is AT&T and had no problem with switching phones. Overall I’m pretty happy with this buy.

After having happily used Samsung Galaxy Note 4 devices one of them finally broke down. So we got this Note 9 from Amazon.ca for my spouse. It arrived on time. All items listed in the inventory arrived as promised. It is working well now. It does operate a bit differently from the Note 4 so read the instructions. The stylus is a bit difficult to pop out – you need strong fingernails to be able to get it to pop (especially when the supplied see-through back protection cover is applied) but other than that it is working fine. When my Note 4 gives up the ghost I will also get a Note 9 from Amazon as it is a simple matter to pop the Micro Sim card and pop out the Nano card and switch it into the new Note 9 (and this way you don’t have to change your plan to a more expensive Carrier plan). Great Phone, all in all!

Got greeted by a scary looking sticker when I first opened my box. (See image). In the end, my SIM worked as soon as I put it in. Sent a test message, used 4G and placed a few calls to test that and it all checks out. Im in Quebec with Bell. The box came with the standard plug, reading other reviews I was concerned about that.The phone itself is amazing and the hundreds of reviews on you.tube will testify to that better than I can. Definitely recommend the phone.

I like every thing about it, with 1 exception. It has only 1 storage place for 1 sim and storage card, or 2 sim cards. My other phone(KIW-L24) had 2 storage compartment, so I could have 2 sim cards and memory card in the phone together.It’s a lot better way.
